Pupil's health. 4.1 We (the Parents/Guardians) declare, that we have disclosed the relevant medical data about the Pupil in the Pupil Medical Form provided by the School and this will be held on the school’s GDPR compliant management information system, and we will keep the School informed of any changes to the information provided therein.
