PURPOSE AND INTENT OF THE PARTIES. The purpose of the Employer and the Union in entering into this labor agreement is to set forth their agreement on rates of pay, hours of work, and other conditions of employment so as to promote harmonious and peaceful relationships between the Employer and the Union which will serve the best interests of all concerned. NOW, THEREFORE, the parties hereto agree as follows:
PURPOSE AND INTENT OF THE PARTIES. The purpose of the Parties entering into this Agreement is to set forth their agreement on wages, hours, and other terms and conditions of employment so as to promote orderly and peaceful relation with teachers, to achieve the highest level of teacher performance, and to establish a procedure for negotiations.

The purpose of the City and the F.O.P. in entering this labor agreement is to promote harmonious relations between the employer and the F.O.P., the establishment of an equitable and peaceful procedure for the resolution of differences; and the establishment of rates of pay, and conditions of employment.

The Company and the Union will encourage the highest possible degree of friendly, cooperative relationship between their representatives at all levels.

The purpose of the Company and the Union in entering into this labor agreement is to set forth their agreement on rates of pay, hours of work, and other conditions of employment so as to promote and maintain stability of employment in the outdoor advertising industry. It is further the purpose of this Agreement to prevent strikes and lockouts by facilitating just and peaceful settlement of disputes and Grievances that may arise from time to time.
PURPOSE AND INTENT OF THE PARTIES. Section 1 The purpose of the Company and the Union in entering into this Collective Bargaining Agreement is to set forth their agreement on rates of pay hours of work and other conditions of employment in their mutual interest and desire to stabilize employment, eliminate strikes, boycotts, lockouts and discontinuance of work. Further, it is the mutual interest and desire of the Company and the Union to secure a closer and more harmonious cooperation to achieve the highest level of employee performance consistent with safety, good health and sustained effort to ensure the success of the business which is vital to both.
Section 2 Neither the Company nor the Union shall condone the use of abusive language, coercion, or intimidation among employees. Moreover, the Company and the Union both subscribe and support the principle of mutual cooperation and respect between the supervision and employees in their day-to-day relationship.

The purpose of the Cooperative and the Union in entering into this Labor Agreement is to set forth their agreement on rates of pay, hours of work, and other conditions of employment so as to promote orderly and peaceful relations with the employees, to achieve uninterrupted operations in the office, and to achieve the highest level of employee performance consistent with safety and sustained effort.
PURPOSE AND INTENT OF THE PARTIES. The purpose of the Board and the Association in entering into this agreement is to set forth their agreement on wages, hours, terms and other conditions of employment.

1. 1b The Company and the Union encourage friendly, cooperative relationships between their respective representatives at all levels of responsibility and with and between all employees. The parties realize that the achievement of this goal depends on day-to-day operations and administration of this Agreement based on understanding of and regard for the respective rights and responsibilities of both the Company and the Union and with a sincere concern for the interests and well-being of the business and all employees.
1. 1c This Agreement cancels and supersedes all prior Agreements between the Company and the Union including any letter of interpretation, verbal understanding, and/or past practices, which might be in conflict with the present Agreement.
