HOURS OF WORK AND OTHER CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT. The parties agree that hours of work and other conditions of employment to be effected by this Agreement are accurately reflected in Section 4 attached to and made part of this Agreement. Changes in hours of work or other conditions of employment to which the parties may agree (conditioned upon a change in the term of this Agreement as provided in Section 1.02) shall be evidenced by a revised Agreement which shall be executed by the parties.

Changes in hours of work or other conditions of employment to which the parties may agree, conditioned upon a change in the terms of this Agreement, shall be evidenced by a revised Sections 200 and 400 that shall be executed by the parties and attached hereto and made part of this Agreement.
HOURS OF WORK AND OTHER CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT. A. The professional work day shall be seven (7) hours and thirty (30) minutes in length. The Administration shall set the schedule and communicate said schedule to the Association no later than July 1 of each school year. However, no building shall begin the school day before 7:15 AM and no building shall end the school day after 3:35PM.

1. Except for employees with longer contracts as identified in Article II, Section B, all other employees shall be under contract with the Employer each school year for a period of nine and one-half (9 ½) months. While the initial contractual period shall be for a period of nine and one- half months, employees shall be required to work there under not more than one hundred eighty- three (183) student attendance days and four (4) in-service or non-student days for the term of this contract for a total of 187 days.
