2.3 NIFCA and MAST agree that this Memorandum is not legally binding between them and does not create any legal rights or obligations. It is a statement of our shared intention to work together in the spirit of cooperation.
Purpose of the Memorandum. The purpose of the present Memorandum is to define the terms of cooperation between the CRE and the AMF in order to allow the Authorities to benefit mutually from their information and expertise and to ensure that their respective mandates are fulfilled efficiently in accordance with the provisions of Article L. 621-21 of the Monetary and Financial Code and Articles 28 and 29 of Law n° 2000-108 of 10 February 2000. The relevant strengths of IIED\MMSD are that it is conducting for the sector a comprehensive analysis and review, building-up regionally based stakeholder engagement, communicating the results and designing a follow-up process for change.
Purpose of the Memorandum. The purpose of this Memorandum is to define MDHA’s responsibilities as the Project Sponsor and the Mayor’s Office as the Project Host Site with respect to the assignment of AmeriCorps Volunteers in Service to America (hereinafter “VISTA”) member(s) to perform capacity building services in support of the Nashville Promise Zone goals. Community needs and project‐related tasks are outlined in the Performance Measures section of the Project Host Site Application. The obligations of the parties hereto are subject to and governed by the terms and conditions of the Memorandum of Agreement between the Corporation for National and Community Service (“CNCS”) and MDHA, CNCS Project Number 17VSSTN002, which is incorporated herein by reference, and federal laws and regulations and CNCS policies applicable to the project, or which may become applicable to it subsequent to the execution of this MOU.
Purpose of the Memorandum. The purpose of this Memorandum is to contribute to a mutual understanding between the Stakeholders regarding the necessary steps that must be taken in connection with the adopted European, so-called anti-falsification, legislation, in particular • Directive 2011/62 of 8 June 2011 amending Directive 2011/83/EC on the Community code relating to medicinal products for human use, as regards the prevention of the entry into the legal supply chain of falsified medicinal products, and • The delegated act adopted based on this Directive, specifically the Commission Delegated Regulation of 2 October 2015 supplementing Directive 2001/83/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council by laying down detailed rules for the safety features appearing on the packaging of medicinal products for human use (document No. C (2015) 6601 final). The goal of this Memorandum is to provide for the maximum involvement of all stakeholders in this legislation and, by reaching an understanding, to contribute to the fulfillment of the requirements laid down in the aforesaid European legislation. This Memorandum is not legally binding. It is the Stakeholders’ mutual understanding of the principal matters.
Purpose of the Memorandum. 1.1. The main purpose of this MOA is to facilitate the multi-institutional approach to achieve the mandate of cGanga and to set up understandings that lead to cooperation and coordination of activities within the scope of cGanga.
1.2. Where appropriate, the MI shall encourage its faculty members and researchers to develop and execute project proposals on the subject area and support activities which involve areas of broad co-operation including dynamic evolution of Ganga River Basin Management Plan (herein after referred to as GRBMP) prepared by Consortium of IITs, detailing of various Missions Reports of GRBMP and supporting the implementation of GRBMP through knowledge inputs.
1.3. Each MI should have a single point of contact with LI as its Institute Coordinator for all administrative and financial matters related to the execution of cGanga Projects.

The Politecnico and the University/Company/Institution express their interest in creating a partnership whereby training, study, and research activities conducted by the Politecnico may complement, through the use of qualified resources and adequate tools, the corresponding activities carried out by the Company/Institution.
