Quality Checks. The parties shall each conduct a periodic test of a sample of Shared Personal Data in respect of which it is Disclosing Party to test that it is accurate and up to date. Such test shall be conducted at least once in each 12 months of the term of this Agreement. The parties may rely on a test of the same or substantially similar data set which it may have conducted in the previous 12 months, including under other data sharing arrangements with third parties.
