Quality Expectations. 7.1 The C-OSS shall comply with due diligence in the fulfilment of its tasks and execute its tasks in accordance with all relevant legislation. C-OSS will perform its tasks with rea- sonable care and skills.

Quality Expectations. The Operator is solely responsible to provide or to ensure that there is provided the following relative to the Services: • Pre or post-service care to the extent reasonably required and related to the Services being provided by the Operator, • Emergency transfer to public facilities, where required, • Transfer of necessary medical information on a timely basis for the ongoing care of patients, and • Continuing education programs for staff in its surgical facilities in accordance with the standards of all applicable Professional Governing Bodies. The benchmark standard to be used in establishing these requirements will be at least the standard that Capital Health meets or has established relative to the same processes in its facilities and in accordance with the requirements outlined in Appendix 1 attached hereto. The continuity of care and follow-up will remain the primary responsibility of the attending surgeon in collaboration with the patient’s primary physician and care providers. The full spectrum of care and rehabilitative services will be available to patients through existing referral networks. The Operator is responsible for ensuring that the provision of services is delivered to patients in a manner that is consistent with Capital Health’s “Vision, Mission, and Values” and its Declaration of Health (Appendix 2).   • Service Level Expectations Without limiting any other requirements of the Agreement, the Service Provider shall meet or exceed the following standards, policies, and guidelines:

  • Performance Expectations The Charter School’s performance in relation to the indicators, measures, metrics and targets set forth in the CPF shall provide the basis upon which the SCSC will decide whether to renew the Charter School’s Charter Contract at the end of the charter term. This section shall not preclude the SCSC from considering other relevant factors in making renewal decisions.

  • Expectations Faculty members participating in the annuitant employment program are expected to perform the full range of faculty duties, on a pro rata basis. They are subject to the professional development plans required under Article 22.

  • Timelines a) Timelines may be extended by mutual consent of the parties.

  • Performance Expectation Provided the conditions are met under 2.1.1 and 2.1.2 proceeding, ALLTEL’s performance expectation is to provide 100% due dates met within reporting month. If service levels fall below 95% of the performance expectation within a reporting month, root cause analysis and joint problem resolution will be implemented within thirty (30) days.

  • BUSINESS ETHICS EXPECTATION 13.1 During the course of pursuing contracts with Owner and while performing contract work in accordance with this Agreement, Architect/Engineer agrees to maintain business ethics standards aimed at avoiding any impropriety or conflict of interest which could be construed to have an adverse impact on the Owner’s best interests.

  • Project/Milestones Taxpayer develops and manufactures various products for use in the defense, aerospace and security industries. In consideration for the Credit, Taxpayer agrees to expand its operations at various locations throughout California, including El Segundo, Redondo Beach, Palmdale, Sunnyvale, Woodland Hills, Azusa and Rancho Xxxxxxxx. As part of its expansion, Taxpayer will invest in manufacturing equipment, computer and electrical equipment and make tenant improvements to the above facilities. Additionally, Taxpayer will hire full-time employees as part of its expansion (collectively, the “Project”). Further, Taxpayer agrees to satisfy the milestones as described in Exhibit “A” (“Milestones”) and must maintain Milestones for a minimum of three (3) taxable years thereafter. In the event Taxpayer employs more than the number of Full- time employees, determined on an annual full-time equivalent basis, than required in Exhibit A, for purposes of satisfying the “Minimum Annual Salary of California Full-time Employees Hired” and the “Cumulative Average Annual Salary of California Full-time Employees Hired,” Taxpayer may use the salaries of any of the Full-time employees hired and retained within the required time period. For purposes of calculating the “Minimum Annual Salary of California Full-time Employees Hired” and the “Cumulative Average Annual Salary of California Full-time Employees Hired,” the salary of any full-time employee that is not employed by the taxpayer for the entire taxable year shall be annualized. In addition, Xxxxxxxx agrees that any full-time employee hired after the effective date of this agreement that is a “qualified full-time employee” (as defined in RTC section 23636) shall be excluded from the calculation of the net increase of full-time employees required by this Agreement if Taxpayer claims the credit allowed by RTC section 23636.

  • Timeline Contractor must perform the Services and deliver the Deliverables according to the following timeline: • •

  • PROJECT MILESTONES, REPORTING AND PAYMENTS 15. The milestones for the projects, their relationship to the outputs, expected completion dates, relevant reporting dates and expected payments to be made are set out in bilateral schedules to this Agreement. The Commonwealth will make payments subject to the performance reports demonstrating the relevant milestone has been met.

  • Project Specific Milestones In addition to the milestones stated in Section 212.5 of the Tariff, as applicable, during the term of this ISA, Interconnection Customer shall ensure that it meets each of the following development milestones:
