Quarterly Performance Summary Sample Clauses

Quarterly Performance Summary. Groundwater extraction was approximately 1.08 million gallons, equivalent to a net flow rate of 8.2 gallons per minute (gpm). • During the quarter, the volume of water stored in Pond 4 decreased by 0.3 million gallons, from approximately 5.9 to 5.6 million gallons. The GRO system is operated to maintain a relatively constant inflow of 8 gpm to balance annual evaporation at the Pond 4 operating storage volume of 8 million gallons (the maximum storage volume of Pond 4 is approximately 15.6 million gallons). • Cumulatively, the system has removed approximately 18.1 million gallons of contaminated groundwater from the aquifer since system startup in January 2015 (Table 1), equivalent between 5.0 and 7.0 pore volumes in the AOA. It has previously been reported that the removed groundwater was approximately 8.6 pore volumes. With newly acquired data and modeling the pore volume amount has been adjusted to better represent the OU III hydrology. • Water monitoring during the quarter consisted of:  Monthly sampling from the monitoring and extraction xxxxx for uranium concentration.  Monthly sampling from the transfer tank (see Table 2 for recent tank sample uranium concentrations).  Water-level monitoring in AOA extraction and monitoring xxxxx on 5-minute intervals with the LM System Operation and Analysis at Remote Site (SOARS) system. The GRO system has removed approximately 100.2 pounds of uranium from the aquifer in the AOA through September 30, 2018. Quarterly Performance Summary. The system did not operate during December 2015 and January and February 2016 due to mechanical failure of a plumbing fixture (broken backflow check valve) in the water transmission line in the groundwater transfer building. • Redesign and repairs were completed during December 2015 through March 9, 2016. The remediation system resumed operation as a phased startup on March 2, 2016. Full-time operation resumed on March 9, 2016. Groundwater was extracted at a net rate of approximately 18 gallons per minute (gpm) in March 2016. System upgrades included:  Installing a variable-frequency drive to regulate hydraulic pressure surges during transfer pump on/off cycling.  Replacing the groundwater transfer building piping downstream of the transfer pump.  Replacing the valves using ones with higher pressure ratings.  Lowering the optical sensor in the floor sump to serve as the primary emergency system shut off in the event of tank overflow or line break. • Table 1 shows the groundwater remedy optimization system’s treatment volumes and rates for the quarter and cumulatively. The system has removed approximately 7.3 million gallons of contaminated groundwater from the aquifer. • Water-quality monitoring during the quarter consisted of:  Monthly sampling and analysis of the transfer tank effluent to Pond 4 in March 2016. Monthly sampling is conducted to monitor the mass of uranium that is extracted from the aquifer and transferred to Pond 4 for evaporative treatment. The system did not Monticello NPL Sites FFA Quarterly Report: January—March 2016 U.S. Department of Energy Doc. No. S14013 April 2016 operate during December 2015 and January and February 2016, and so tank sampling was not necessary.‌‌  Sampling and analysis of individual extraction xxxxx (from sampling ports in the groundwater transfer building) in March 2016. This monitoring is discretionary to evaluate capture performance of the individual extraction xxxxx.  Sampling and analysis of groundwater samples collected at AOA monitoring xxxxx on February 17 and 18, 2016, and March 9 and 10, 2016. The February sampling was conducted as a starting point in evaluating uranium concentration rebound during the unplanned system shutdown. The March sampling event was conducted to coincide with the cumulative removal of approximately 7 million gallons of water and to evaluate uranium concentration rebound following the shutdown period. • Table 2 provides the estimated mass of uranium removed from groundwate...

  • Quarterly Contractor Performance Reporting Customers shall complete a Contractor Performance Survey (Exhibit I) for each Contractor on a Quarterly basis. Customers will electronically submit the completed Contractor Performance Survey(s) to the Department Contract Manager no later than the due date indicated in Contract Exhibit D, Section 17, Additional Special Contract Conditions. The completed Contractor Performance Survey(s) will be used by the Department as a performance-reporting tool to measure the performance of Contractors. The Department reserves the right to modify the Contractor Performance Survey document and introduce additional performance-reporting tools as they are developed, including online tools (e.g. tools within MyFloridaMarketPlace or on the Department's website).

  • Annual Performance Evaluation On either a fiscal year or calendar year basis, (consistently applied from year to year), the Bank shall conduct an annual evaluation of Executive’s performance. The annual performance evaluation proceedings shall be included in the minutes of the Board meeting that next follows such annual performance review.

  • Annual Performance Review The Employee’s performance of his duties under this Agreement shall be reviewed by the Board of Directors or a committee of the Board of Directors at least annually and finalized within thirty (30) days of the receipt of the annual audited financial statements. The Board of Directors or a committee of the Board of Directors shall additionally review the base salary, bonus and benefits provided to the Employee under this Agreement and may, in their discretion, adjust the same, as outlined in Addendum B of this Agreement, provided, however, that Employee’s annual base salary shall not be less than the base salary set forth in Section 4(A) hereof.

  • Ongoing Performance Measures The Department intends to use performance-reporting tools in order to measure the performance of Contractor(s). These tools will include the Contractor Performance Survey (Exhibit H), to be completed by Customers on a quarterly basis. Such measures will allow the Department to better track Vendor performance through the term of the Contract(s) and ensure that Contractor(s) consistently provide quality services to the State and its Customers. The Department reserves the right to modify the Contractor Performance Survey document and introduce additional performance-reporting tools as they are developed, including online tools (e.g. tools within MFMP or on the Department's website).

  • Performance Schedule The Parties will perform their respective responsibilities in accordance with the Performance Schedule. By executing this Agreement, Customer authorizes Motorola to proceed with contract performance.

  • Performance Measurement Satisfactory performance of this Contract will be measured by:

  • CONTRACTOR PERFORMANCE AUDIT The Contractor shall allow the Authorized User to assess Contractor’s performance by providing any materials requested in the Authorized User Agreement (e.g., page load times, response times, uptime, and fail over time). The Authorized User may perform this Contractor performance audit with a third party at its discretion, at the Authorized User’s expense. The Contractor shall perform an independent audit of its Data Centers, at least annually, at Contractor expense. The Contractor will provide a data owner facing audit report upon request by the Authorized User. The Contractor shall identify any confidential, trade secret, or proprietary information in accordance with Appendix B, Section 9(a), Confidential/Trade Secret Materials.
