Rain Wear. Three (3) sets of all season (non-insulated) coveralls for Coalworkers, Yardworkers, Mechanics, and Mechanic/Welders.
Rain WearThe Company agrees to provide rain wear for outside work.
Rain WearThe Employer agrees to supply rainwear for all employees who require it.
Rain Wear. Raincoats, waterproof pants, lined rubber boots, and hats will be made available to all Maintenance employees required to work outside in inclement weather. No employee shall be compelled to wear hard hats, boots or safety glasses that have been used by other persons unless these items have been properly sterilized. Where necessary, the Company will supply proper safety strips for parkas or safety vests, however, employees who have bid and regularly perform yard work will be provided with individual protective rainwear.
Rain Wear. Any company may provide rain wear, including footwear where necessary, for all employees exposed to the elements during the performance of their work. In such case, there shall be no interruption of the work due to inclement weather unless otherwise directed by the company, subject to preserving the employee’s health and safety. The provisions of Article 14A.22a) fulfil the requirements of this Article.

  • AT&T-12STATE acknowledges that CLEC may have an embedded base of one-way trunks ordered and installed prior to the Effective Date of this Agreement that were used for termination of CLEC’s Section 251(b)(5)/IntraLATA Toll Traffic to AT&T-12STATE (Embedded Base). To the extent that CLEC has such an Embedded Base, CLEC shall only augment trunk groups in the Embedded Base with the mutual agreement of the Parties. CLEC shall not order any new one-way trunk groups following the Effective Date of this Agreement. Moreover, the Parties agree that the Embedded Base will be converted to two-way trunk groups under the following circumstances: 4.2.1.1 With reasonable notification from AT&T-12STATE and upon AT&T-12STATE’s request, CLEC shall convert all of its Embedded Base to two-way trunks. 4.2.1.2 At any time an Embedded Base trunk group (either originating or terminating) requires augmentation, AT&T-12STATE can require the associated originating and terminating trunks to be converted to a single two-way trunk group prior to the augmentation. 4.2.1.3 When any network changes are to be performed on a project basis (i.e., central office conversions, tandem re-homes, etc.), upon request and reasonable notice by AT&T-12STATE, CLEC will convert all of its Embedded Base affected by the project within the intervals and due dates required by the project parameters. 4.2.1.4 In addition to the foregoing, CLEC may choose, at any time, to convert its Embedded Base to two-way trunk groups. 4.2.1.5 The Parties will coordinate any trunk group migration, trunk group prioritization and implementation schedule. AT&T-12STATE agrees to develop a cutover plan within thirty (30) days of notification to CLEC of the need to convert pursuant to Section 4.2.1.1 above and Section 4.2.1.3 above.

  • Mail Order Catalog Warnings In the event that, the Settling Entity prints new catalogs and sells units of the Products via mail order through such catalogs to California consumers or through its customers, the Settling Entity shall provide a warning for each unit of such Product both on the label in accordance with subsection 2.4 above, and in the catalog in a manner that clearly associates the warning with the specific Product being purchased. Any warning provided in a mail order catalog shall be in the same type size or larger than other consumer information conveyed for such Product within the catalog and shall be located on the same display page of the item. The catalog warning may use the Short-Form Warning content described in subsection 2.3(b) if the language provided on the Product label also uses the Short-Form Warning.

  • Wet Weather In the event of wet weather, work in the open will continue until the particular work in hand can no longer be done safely and efficiently. Whilst it is raining, employees will be required to: Continue to work under cover or relocate to alternative work under cover, on site. Obtain materials and services for employees working under cover where there is only minimal exposure to inclement weather. When required, perform emergency and safety work. In addition, work on unexpected breakdowns, which can be corrected in limited time duration. Should a portion of the project be affected by wet weather, all other employees not so affected shall continue working in accordance with award conditions, regardless that some employees may be entitled to cease work due to wet weather. If a halt to productive work occurs due to inclement weather, the parties agree that employees may be relocated to other unaffected sites. Where the above steps are not possible, affected employees may be required to attend tool box meetings, work planning sessions or skills development activities, all of which will count as productive time for payment purposes.

  • Inclement Weather 16.1 The parties are committed to working together to minimize the impact of inclement weather. The employer will ensure reasonable allowance is included in contracts taking into account historic weather conditions and forecast rainfall. 16.2 Inclement weather means the existence of rain or abnormal climatic conditions (whether hail, extreme cold, high wind, severe dust storm, extreme heat (as defined in clause 14), poor air quality (as defined in clause 15), or the like or any combination of these conditions) where it is not reasonable or it is unsafe for employees to continue working in those conditions. 16.3 The employer or its representative, when requested by the employees or their representative, must confer within a reasonable time (which does not exceed 60 minutes) for the purpose of determining whether or not the conditions referred to in clause 16.2 apply. 16.4 The time work stops due to inclement weather and the resumption of work after a period of inclement weather has ended will be recorded by the employer. 16.5 When inclement weather conditions exist, an affected employee is not required to start or continue to work where it is unreasonable or unsafe to do so. In cases where emergency work is required or it is necessary to complete a concrete pour already commenced to a practical stage, work may occur or continue provided that such work does not give rise to a reasonable concern on the part of an employee undertaking the work of an imminent risk to their health or safety. 16.6 Where emergency work or a concrete pour is completed in accordance with clause 16.5, work will be paid at the rate of 200% of the ordinary hourly rate calculated to the next hour, and in the case of wet weather, the employee will be provided with adequate wet weather gear. If an employee’s clothes become wet as a result of working in the rain the employee will be allowed to go home for the remainder of the day without loss of pay. 16.7 Where an employee is not able to perform any work at any location because of inclement weather, the employee will receive payment at the ordinary hourly rate for ordinary hours. Payment for time lost due to inclement weather is subject to a maximum of 32 hours pay in any 4-week period for each employee. Payment is subject to adherence to the terms of clause 16. 16.8 An employee working on a Job Share arrangement pursuant to clause 30—Job Share, that is affected by inclement weather, will be entitled to payment from the 32-hour inclement weather bank on a pro rata basis. 16.9 Employees accumulated inclement weather bank shall not be deducted whilst they remain on site. 16.10 Inclement weather occurring during overtime will not be taken into account for the purposes of clause 16 and employees will not be entitled to any payment for stoppages because of inclement weather that occurs outside of ordinary hours. 16.11 Employees on a portion of a site not affected by inclement weather must continue to work even though employees working on other areas of the site may have stopped work because of inclement weather. 16.12 Subject to the availability of alternative work in an employee’s classification, an employer may require employees to transfer: (a) from a location on a site where it is unreasonable and/or unsafe to work because of inclement weather, to another area on the same site, where it is reasonable and safe to work; and/or (b) from a site where it is unreasonable and/or unsafe to work because of inclement weather, to another site, where it is reasonable and safe to work, and where the employer, where necessary, provides transport. 16.13 Remaining on site where, because of inclement weather, the employees are prevented from working: (a) for more than an accumulated total of 4 hours of ordinary time in any one day; or (b) after the main meal break, for more than half of the ordinary work time; or (c) during the final 2 hours of the normal workday for more than an accumulated total of one hour; the employer will not be entitled to require the employees to remain on site beyond the expiration of any of the above circumstances. However, where genuine training has been agreed in writing between the parties, then the course maybe completed in extraordinary circumstances. 16.14 Where the employees are in the sheds, because they have been rained off, or because it is at starting time, morning tea, or lunch time, and it is raining, they will not be required to go to work in a dry area or to be transferred to another site unless: (a) the rain stops; or (b) a covered walkway has been provided; or (c) the sheds are under cover and the employees can get to the dry area without going through the rain; or (d) adequate protection is provided. 16.15 Protection must, where necessary, be provided for the employees’ tools.

  • Loop Provisioning Involving Integrated Digital Loop Carriers 2.6.1 Where Freedom has requested an Unbundled Loop and BellSouth uses IDLC systems to provide the local service to the End User and BellSouth has a suitable alternate facility available, BellSouth will make such alternative facilities available to Freedom. If a suitable alternative facility is not available, then to the extent it is technically feasible, BellSouth will implement one of the following alternative arrangements for Freedom (e.g. hairpinning): 1. Roll the circuit(s) from the IDLC to any spare copper that exists to the customer premises. 2. Roll the circuit(s) from the IDLC to an existing DLC that is not integrated. 3. If capacity exists, provide "side-door" porting through the switch. 4. If capacity exists, provide "Digital Access Cross Connect System (DACS)- door" porting (if the IDLC routes through a DACS prior to integration into the switch). 2.6.2 Arrangements 3 and 4 above require the use of a designed circuit. Therefore, non- designed Loops such as the SL1 voice grade and UCL-ND may not be ordered in these cases. 2.6.3 If no alternate facility is available, and upon request from Freedom, and if agreed to by both Parties, BellSouth may utilize its Special Construction (SC) process to determine the additional costs required to provision facilities. Freedom will then have the option of paying the one-time SC rates to place the Loop.

  • Drop Shipped Off loaded by carrier to an Agency loading dock or designated area. There will be no charge to the ordering Agency for this delivery method.

  • Footwear Where an employee is required by the College or by legislation, in order to perform his/her duties, to acquire and wear protective footwear, the employee shall provide the College with proof of purchase by March 1 each year and the College shall reimburse such employee, on the first pay day in April in each year, up to a maximum of one hundred and fifty dollar ($150.00). In situations other than the foregoing, the College may, in its discretion, (which discretion shall not be unreasonably exercised) reimburse such expense where it is recommended by the health and safety committee constituted under the Occupational Health and Safety Act.

  • Curfew The park curfew is 10pm Sunday through Saturday. Police strictly enforce curfew hours and violators are subject to fines and/or arrest. Rental of PARD facility does not constitute City of Austin or PARD endorsement of viewpoints expressed by participants in the program. Advertisements or announcements implying such endorsements, or that utilize City logos are not permitted.

  • WORK CLOTHING Two sets of cotton drill protective clothing will be issued to all employees, upon request, within two weeks of commencing work with the Company. Employees will be made aware of these entitlements at the time of employment. A set of clothing will consist of either: • Two pairs of overalls; or • Two combination bib and brace; or • Two pairs of long trousers and two long sleeved shirt; or • Work denims at cost no greater than the above three choices • Clothing and footwear will be replaced on a fair wear and tear basis.

  • Shoes All uniformed staff shall be provided with 2 pairs of shoes annually, replaceable on a normal wear and tear basis.
