Rate of Payment for Annual Leave and Annual Leave Loading Sample Clauses

Rate of Payment for Annual Leave and Annual Leave Loading. All annual leave is payable at the Employees ordinary rate of pay as set out in clause 3.2.1 of this Agreement. Employees will in addition to their annual leave be entitled to leave loading calculated on the basis of 17.50% of their annual leave entitlement at the time of taking such leave or on termination.

Rate of Payment for Annual Leave and Annual Leave Loading. An Employee employed prior to 30 July 2010 will receive a annual leave loading of twenty-five percent (25%) of their annual leave entitlement at the time of taking such leave or on termination.

  • Cashing out of Annual Leave (a) Annual leave credited to an employee may be cashed out by agreement, subject to the following conditions: (refer to section 93 of the Act)

An employee with less than ten (10) years of continuous University service, as defined herein, who separates from the University shall not be paid for any unused sick leave. For employees appointed on or before 1/7/03 University service includes continuous employment by the University or the State of Florida.
