RATES OF REIMBURSEMENT. 1. For the Services rendered to the satisfaction of BCOE, and upon BCOE approval of invoices submitted by SUB-CONTRACTOR in accordance with the provisions of the Contract, BCOE agrees to reimburse SUB-CONTRACTOR on a monthly basis, in arrears, for actual allowable costs incurred, as specified in Exhibit B.
RATES OF REIMBURSEMENT. (a) Air travel costs incurred associated with CME activities will be reimbursed at the rate of up to a return business class airfare for journeys of 3 hours or more, or a return economy class airfare for journeys of less than 3 hours’ duration.

Claims for private car use for travel associated with CME activities will be reimbursed at the relevant rate per business kilometre published by the ATO from time to time.

RATES OF REIMBURSEMENT. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, the County shall reimburse the Service Provider at the following rates. At the discretion of the County, these rates are subject to change, with at least thirty (30) calendar days written notice to the Service Provider: Service SFY 2015 Rate of Reimbursement Individual Employment $70.00 per hour Group Supported Employment $60.00 per hour Prevocational Services $55.00 per hour Community Access $30.00 per hour School to Work Services $500.00 per month, per client, plus an additional one-time incentive payment of $3,500.00 when the client achieves job stabilization, as defined by the Division of Vocational Rehabilitation (DVR).
RATES OF REIMBURSEMENT. A. Appendix C, Rates of Reimbursement, incorporated herein, delineates the approved sources of payment for transportation, and the maximum allowable rate at which the CRDP will reimburse the Provider.
