Re-alignment of Duties and Establishment of New Position. When the duties of a position covered by this Agreement are changed or when a new position appropriately covered by this Agreement is established, notification of the change and the job description will be forwarded to the Union and the salary shall be negotiated. If the parties are unable to agree, such a dispute may be submitted to arbitration. The salary shall be retroactive to the time the position was first filled by the nurse.

  • Assignment of Duties From Another Classification Where the Hospital revises the job content of an existing classification in such a manner that duties of another classification are assigned to it, the following shall apply:

  • STATEMENT OF DUTIES 56.01 Upon written request, an employee shall be provided with a complete and current statement of the duties and responsibilities of his or her position, including the classification level and, where applicable, the point rating allotted by factor to his or her position, and an organization chart depicting the position’s place in the organization.
