RE: First Aid Station. The Company agrees to provide employees with medical services and support while at the plant, through the First Aid Station. • The services and support provided by the First Aid Station are intended to be the first point of contact to address medical issues while in the workplace; • Employees who are requesting to leave work due to a non-work related illness that does not require medical attention will notify their supervisor and will not be required to attend to the First Aid Station. This request will be addressed as soon as reasonably possible; • Employees with work-related injuries or illness will need to check in with the First Aid Station, but employees may subsequently decide to attend their own medical practitioner. In the event they choose to attend their own medical practitioner they will be required to notify the First Aid Station of that choice; • Prior to signing any documentation, employees will be informed of the content of which they are signing when attending the First Aid Station. Upon written request, employees will be provided with any documents they have been asked to sign; • All efforts will be made to provide service and support in a timely manner, bearing in mind that prioritization may occur; • First Aid Station staff are not to accompany employees to appointments with the employee’s medical practitioners unless upon express written request from the employee or in situations where the employee is unresponsive; • If an employee has provided medical documentation indicating that they are to be off work for an extended period of time, the employee will be required to keep the Company updated on changes to their status. The frequency of updates will typically range from weekly to bi-monthly based on the nature of the treatment plan provided by the medical practitioner; and • Medical information will be kept strictly confidential and will only be shared on an as needed basis. Information that is relevant to the employee’s work assignment will be shared as required.

  • Loop Provisioning Involving Integrated Digital Loop Carriers 2.6.1 Where InterGlobe has requested an Unbundled Loop and BellSouth uses IDLC systems to provide the local service to the End User and BellSouth has a suitable alternate facility available, BellSouth will make such alternative facilities available to InterGlobe. If a suitable alternative facility is not available, then to the extent it is technically feasible, BellSouth will implement one of the following alternative arrangements for InterGlobe (e.g. hairpinning):

  • Seat Belt Use The Recipient agrees to implement Executive Order No. 13043, “Increasing Seat Belt Use in the United States,” April 16, 1997, 23 U.S.C. § 402 note, (62 Fed. Reg. 19217), by:

  • First Aid The employer will appoint an employee who holds a current First Aid certificate and who is covered by this agreement as first aid attendant. Any first aid chest, box or cupboard provided by the employer will be in control of that employee and his/her name will be made known throughout the establishment in which he/she is employed and will be inscribed on the first aid chest, box or cupboard.

  • Increasing Seat Belt Use in the United States Pursuant to Executive Order 13043, 62 FR 19217 (Apr. 18, 1997), Recipient should encourage its contractors to adopt and enforce on-the- job seat belt policies and programs for their employees when operating company-owned, rented or personally owned vehicles.

  • CONSTRUCTION OF THE BUS TERMINAL 12.1 Obligations prior to commencement of construction Prior to commencement of Construction Works, the Concessionaire shall:

  • SS7 Network Interconnection 9.7.1 SS7 Network Interconnection is the interconnection of Global Connection local signaling transfer point switches or Global Connection local or tandem switching systems with BellSouth signaling transfer point switches. This interconnection provides connectivity that enables the exchange of SS7 messages among BellSouth switching systems and databases, Global Connection local or tandem switching systems, and other third-party switching systems directly connected to the XxxxXxxxx XX0 network.

  • Integrated Digital Loop Carriers The feeder portion of some loops may be provide by means of Integrated Digital Loop Carrier (IDLC). IDLC provides a fiber optic cable transmission path that travels directly into BellSouth’s central office local switch. Where BellSouth uses IDLC ,if technically feasible and capacity does exist, BST will provide Al-Call with a Designed DS0 UVL by using alternative provisioning techniques including but not limited to such as “hairpinning” and DAC grooming. Alternative provisioning techniques will be provided at no additional cost to Al-Call . Hairpinning involves providing a DS0 signal from an IDLC-served loop to Al-Call ’s collocation equipment by using a dedicated pathway that traverses BellSouth’s central office switch. BellSouth will provide such DS0 signal to Al-Call by establishing a copper cross connect between the BellSouth switch and Al-Call ’s collocation equipment.

  • SHIPPING AND AIR TRANSPORT 1. Profits of an enterprise of a Contracting State from the operation of ships or aircraft in international traffic shall be taxable only in that State.

  • First Aid Kits The Employer shall provide an area, equipped with a first-aid kit, for the use of Employees taken ill during working hours.

  • Modification of the Small Generating Facility The Interconnection Customer must receive written authorization from the NYISO and Connecting Transmission Owner before making any change to the Small Generating Facility that may have a material impact on the safety or reliability of the New York State Transmission System or the Distribution System. Such authorization shall not be unreasonably withheld. Modifications shall be done in accordance with Good Utility Practice. If the Interconnection Customer makes such modification without the prior written authorization of the NYISO and Connecting Transmission Owner, the Connecting Transmission Owner shall have the right to temporarily disconnect the Small Generating Facility. If disconnected, the Small Generating Facility will not be reconnected until the unauthorized modifications are authorized or removed.
