Reading Recovery. Reading Recovery tutors’ major work components are ongoing and cyclic, and do not necessarily readily fit into the Output Hours approach. Reading Recovery tutors will work 1800 hours per annum, and will meet those requirements over 40 school weeks.

Reading Recovery. A. The Board and the Association recognize the educational advantages to both the Board and individual teachers for said individual teachers to be trained in "reading recovery." B. The Board and the Association recognize the prohibitive cost of tuition for individual teachers to be trained in "reading recovery." C. The Board has agreed to advance the cost of tuition for individual teachers who volunteer to be trained in "reading recovery" under the following conditions: 1. If a teacher fails to complete the "reading recovery" program, without good cause, he or she shall be liable to the Board for any or all of the tuition paid by the Board for which the Board has not been reimbursed. 2. Upon commencement of the program until completion of said training, the individual teacher shall be liable to the Board for the full cost of tuition paid by the Board on behalf of said teacher providing the teacher has failed to complete the program without good cause. 3. Upon completion of the program, the individual teacher shall begin to "reimburse" the Board for the cost of tuition for the "reading recovery" program by remaining in the employ of the Board for a period of three (3) years. If a teacher decides to leave the employment of the Board within said three (3) year period, the employee shall be liable to the Board for the cost of tuition determined on a pro-rata monthly basis over the three
Reading Recovery. 7.4.1. Reading Recovery teachers require approximately seven three-hour sessions of “continuing contact” during each school year. 7.4.2. On days that Reading Recovery teachers attend continuing contact sessions, the teachers shall be entitled to amend their daily teaching schedule as needed. 7.4.3. Each time a Reading Recovery teacher attends a continuing contact session in the District from 1:00-4:00 p.m., he/she shall be credited with one hour of in-service credit. 7.4.4. Reading Recovery teachers who attend a continuing contact session shall be credited with one hour of in-service credit for each hour of attendance. Mileage shall also be paid in accordance with the rate and procedures established by the District. 7.4.5. Reading Recovery teachers who attend approved or mandated Reading Recovery conferences shall be credited with one hour of in-service credit for each hour beyond the workday. Normal procedures to obtain prior approval of in-service hours should be followed. Additional conference expenses will be reimbursed in accordance with District policy. 7.4.6. Salary credit for the in-service hours specified in 7.4.3 and 7.4.5 above shall be paid according to Art. 4.2.2. 7.4.7. The parties agree that the total dollars paid for Reading Recovery continuing contact sessions may result in a teacher exceeding the cap outlined in Article 4.2.2. 7.4.8. This shall be subject to annual review dependent on any changes that may be made with regard to the length of continuing contact sessions, scheduling of continuing contact sessions, and requirements concerning attendance at Reading Recovery conferences.

  • Accounting Records Maintain adequate books and records in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles consistently applied, and permit any representative of Bank, at any reasonable time, to inspect, audit and examine such books and records, to make copies of the same, and to inspect the properties of Borrower.

  • Access to Accounting Records All books and records of the Company shall be maintained at any office of the Company or at the Company’s principal place of business, and the Member, and its duly authorized representative, shall have access to them at such office of the Company and the right to inspect and copy them at reasonable times.

  • Marking Records By the Transfer Date, the Seller will have caused its computer and accounting records relating to each Receivable to be marked to show that such Receivables have been sold to the Depositor by the Seller and transferred and assigned by the Depositor to the Issuer in accordance with the terms of the Sale and Servicing Agreement and pledged by the Issuer to the Indenture Trustee in accordance with the terms of the Indenture.

  • Training Records A. Employees may request a copy of their training record. The Employer will provide either a hard copy or electronic access to their training record. If an employee provides documentation to the Employer of work-related training it will be recorded in the training record or the employee personnel file. B. At the time of permanent layoff employees will be provided an opportunity to submit documentation of successfully completed training to be considered.

  • Escorting Visitors Visitors to areas where PHI COUNTY discloses to 4 CONTRACTOR or CONTRACTOR creates, receives, maintains, or transmits on behalf of COUNTY is 5 contained shall be escorted and such PHI shall be kept out of sight while visitors are in the area.

  • Delivery of Servicing Records The Seller shall forward to the Purchaser, or its designee, all servicing records and the Servicing File in the Seller's possession relating to each related Mortgage Loan including the information enumerated in the Interim Servicing Agreement (with respect to each such Mortgage Loan, for an interim period, as specified therein).

  • Transporting Students 1. Employees shall not transport students except in accordance with School Board rules. Teachers will not be required to transport pupils to and from activities which take place away from the school grounds.

  • Maintaining Records The Borrower will record, summarize and report all financial information in accordance with GAAP.

  • Delivered Documents On the Amendment Effective Date, the Buyer shall have received the following documents, each of which shall be satisfactory to the Buyer in form and substance: (a) this Amendment, executed and delivered by duly authorized officers of the Buyer, the Seller and the Guarantors; and (b) such other documents as the Buyer or counsel to the Buyer may reasonably request.
