Recording of Telephone Calls. 11.1 The content of any telephone call (‘the telephone record’) between the Client and the company may be recorded and saved as a magnetic or electronic record. The Client agrees that the company has the right to use the telephone records as it deems necessary, including but not limited to instances when a dispute arises between the Client and the company.
11.2 All instructions received from the Client during a telephone call, concerning trading financial instruments shall be conclusive and binding.
11.3 The company may provide copies of such recordings of telephone calls to a regulatory authority of a competent authority without informing the Client.
Recording of Telephone Calls. You acknowledge that the Company might record telephone conversations between you and the Company without use of a warning tone to ensure that the material terms of the Transaction, and any other material information relating to the Transaction is promptly and accurately recorded. Such records will be the Company’s sole property and accepted by you as evidence of the Orders or instructions given.
Recording of Telephone Calls. 13.1. Telephone communication between the Company and the Customer may be recorded. All recordings are the property of the Company and may be used in instances, including but not limited to, of dispute and shall be conclusive and binding evidence.
13.2. Instructions or requests received over the phone will be equally binding with written instructions. When receiving orders over the phone the Company will ask details as shown in this Order Form.
13.3. The Company may provide copies of such recordings of telephone calls to a regulatory authority of a competent authority, without informing the Customer.
Recording of Telephone Calls. 18.1. We may record all telephone calls we make to you as well as the calls you make to our call centre in order to:
18.1.1. check that we have carried out your instructions correctly and that we are meeting our regulatory obligations;
18.1.2. help detect or prevent fraud or other crimes;
18.1.3. ensure that amongst other things, we will have a full record of all instructions. Such records will serve as prima facie evidence of all your instructions unless you can produce satisfactory evidence to the contrary; and
18.1.4. improve our services to you and other customers.
Recording of Telephone Calls. 8.1 Telephone conversations between the Client and the Company may be recorded and kept by the Company and recordings will be the sole property of the Company. The Client accepts such recordings as conclusive evidence of conversations so recorded. The Client further understands, accepts and agrees herewith that the Company may monitor and/or record any electronic communications between the Parties (including telephone calls, emails, sms and instant messages), without the use of a tone of other warning, to provide verification of instructions and maintain the quality of the Company service, for training purposes and to check compliance with this Customer Agreement, the Company’s internal policies. The Client understands, accepts and agrees herewith that such records of communications will be admissible as evidence of any instruction or communication given or received by the Client and that these records belong to the Company.
8.2 All instructions received from the Client during a telephone call, in relation to trading financial instruments shall be conclusive and binding.
Recording of Telephone Calls. (a) You authorise us to record any telephone conversation(s) between you and us, with or without an audible tone warning device.
(b) You acknowledge that any recording is our property and that we reserve the right to charge you a cost recovery fee for access to a recording.
(c) You agree to record all relevant details of any conversation that you have with us, including the name of the operator and the date and time of the call, and you acknowledge that we will ask you for this information when you seek access to a recording.
Recording of Telephone Calls. 13.1 In accordance with Applicable Law, We may record Our telephone conversations with You, in both the front and back offices. By using the Services and otherwise doing business with Us, You consent to Us recording such telephone calls for all lawful purposes.
13.2 In particular, but not necessarily exclusively, We may record telephone conversations
(a) where You give us an instruction by telephone
(b) to ensure that the material terms of a transaction and any other material information relating to a transaction are properly recorded; or
(c) to ensure that We are complying with Applicable Law and associated procedures.
13.3 Such records will be Our sole property and will be accepted by You as valid evidence of Your orders and instructions and of matters agreed by Us. We may use such recordings and transcripts thereof for all lawful purposes at Our sole discretion.
13.4 Copies of recordings will be available on request for a period of up to five years, and where requested by the any regulatory authority, for a period of up to seven years.
