Recruitment Services. 4.1 INTRODUCTIONS & OFFERS 4.1.1. Acolyte shall provide Recruitment Services to the Client and use reasonable endeavours to Introduce Candidates from time to time who Xxxxxxx believes may otherwise be of interest or relevance to the Client.
Recruitment Services. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement and in a manner consistent with applicable law and accreditation standards, Wiley will recruit students to enroll in the Programs. Wiley will advise students as to the curriculum of any Programs solely for the student’s use in deciding whether to enroll; such advice will not include counseling regarding classroom performance or other academic matters strictly within Institution’s purview. Subject to the Institution’s compliance with Schedule A, Section 2.7, Wiley will not recruit students from states in which Institution has not obtained state authorization for the relevant Program. Where appropriate, Wiley will refer students to applicable Institution resources, such as academic departments, admissions personnel, or financial aid professionals, for detailed information. The Services described in this section will be referred to as “Recruitment Services”.
Recruitment Services. 2.1 The Agency shall provide the Recruitment Services to the Client in consideration for the Client paying the applicable Introduction Fee to the Agency, subject to this Agreement. 2.2 At the Client’s request, and subject to the Agency’s discretion, the Agency may provide the Additional Services to the Client. 2.3 The Agency shall co-operate with the Client in all matters relating to the Recruitment Services. 2.4 The Agency shall use reasonable endeavours to Introduce to the Client a Candidate suitable to carry out work of such nature as the Client notifies to the Agency. The Agency does not represent, warrant or undertake to find a suitable or any Candidate for each vacancy notified to it by the Client. 2.5 The Agency shall: a. ensure that any Candidate has given his consent for his or her details to be submitted for any vacancy for which they are submitted;
Recruitment Services. Graduation Alliance shall provide recruitment services to the Institution in an effort to recruit individuals who wish to attend the Institution but do not yet have a high school diploma. Graduation Alliance shall serve as the primary point of contact for prospective Students from initial contact through enrollment via various communication methods including, but not limited to, inbound phone calls, email, or text, which it shall perform through its ECs. Graduation Alliance shall: a. provide a team of ECs to contact prospective Students; b. staff and equip a call center for ECs;
Recruitment Services. Recruitment Company shall provide the recruitment services as specified in this clause 2 here in below in accordance with the good practice of Recruitment Company, which is exhaustive but not limited to as expressed by the Managers to do such things as they reasonably consider to be expedient or necessary for the provision of such services: 2.1 Identifying and proposing Seafarers who are qualified officers and ratings when so requested by Managers on behalf of Registered Owners of the Vessel, of such rank and number as Managers may require (hereinafter called “Seafarers”). Managers will use their best endeavours to give Recruitment Company as much notice as possible of such requirements stating the port at which and the date upon which Xxxxxxxxx would, if appointed by Managers, be required. Recruitment Company shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever or howsoever caused if Seafarers requested by Managers do not accept any offer of employment or, for any reason, are unable to join the vessel(s) concerned at the time and place requested. 2.2 Seafarers proposed to Managers by Recruitment Company shall be properly qualified and certificated in accordance with the IMO Standards of Training, Certification and Watch keeping for Seafarers STCW’95, as amended from time to time. Recruitment Company shall ensure that a copy of Seafarer’s certification is supplied to Managers. 2.3 Seafarers proposed to Managers by Recruitment Company shall satisfy the Managers’ qualification requirements as provided from time to time by the Managers. 2.4 The Recruitment Company have implemented formal procedures to ensure that the Crew is not subject to exploitation by the Recruitment Company or their personnel with regard to the offer of engagement on the Vessel or by the Managers. 2.5 The Recruitment Company have implemented formal procedures to control the opportunities for exploitation provided by the payment of any financial transaction between the Managers and the Crew, which are handled by the Recruitment Company. These procedures, as well as evidence of receipt of payment by the Crew shall be available for inspection by the Managers or by any third party or governmental body or authority at any time. 2.6 The Recruitment Company have implemented formal procedures for dealing with reported cases of incompetence or indiscipline. Recruitment Services. AD shall provide a proactive Internet clinical trial recruitment campaign, pursuant to the terms herein, with respect to Phase I through Phase IV clinical development trials ("Recruitment Services") conducted by Covance with the goal of providing Covance with patients who meet the applicable inclusion/exclusion criteria for Covered Clinical Trials (as defined in Section 1.3 below), such criteria to be determined by Covance prior to the commencement of Recruitment Services and provided to AD in writing. Recruitment Services shall include, without limitation, the following: (a) actively searching the Trials Volunteer Questionnaire Database and other Internet databases for patients meeting the inclusion/exclusion criteria of the Covered Clinical Trials, to the extent AD has the right to search such other databases; (b) providing Covance with contact information for patients meeting the inclusion/exclusion criteria for participation in such Covered Clinical Trials or directly soliciting such patients' enrollment in such Covered Clinical Trials; (c) conducting active Internet patient recruiting campaigns to identify such patients including, with the prior written consent of Covance in each case and subject to Institutional Review Board approval, utilizing advertising including Internet banner ads on the AD site, and as AD deems appropriate, television, radio and other media to locate qualified patients; (d) identifying and targeting noncompetitive websites, including disease specific websites, as AD deems appropriate, which may be frequented by potential eligible patients and actively soliciting such individuals; and (e) as AD deems appropriate, utilizing other web-based means to locate and recruit eligible patients for such clinical trials. AD shall consult in advance with Covance with respect to activities undertaken in connection with subparagraphs (c), (d) and (e) above.
