REDUCED FEE ENROLLMENTS. An employee who has retired within four months of the date of separation from University service and who is an annuitant of a retirement system to which the University contributes, and who meets the admission requirements of the University, is eligible for two-thirds reduction of both the University registration fee and the University educational fee as described below. An individual so registered is ineligible for the services and facilities of the counseling centers, gymnasia, or student health services, other than those to which the retired employee may be otherwise entitled.

REDUCED FEE ENROLLMENTS. If the University determines to provide reduced fee enrollments to qualified retired annuitants, it will apply to retired members of the F3 bargaining unit to the same extent as for any staff employees.
REDUCED FEE ENROLLMENTS. An employee who has retired within four months of the date of separation from University service and who is an annuitant of a retirement system to which the University contributes, and who meets the admission requirements of the University, is eligible for two-thirds reduction of both the University registration fee and the University educational fee when enrolled in regular session courses of up to nine units or three courses per quarter or semester, whichever provides the greater benefit to the employee. Full fees will be assessed when an eligible employee’s enrollment exceeds both nine units and three courses. An individual so registered is ineligible for the services and facilities provided through the University Registration Fee, which includes but is not limited to the counseling centers, gymnasia, or student health services, other than those to which the retired employee may be otherwise entitled.

  • Maximum Enrollment The maximum number of students who may be enrolled in the school shall be 440 students, with annual per-class and overall enrollment caps as outlined in the approved Charter attached as Appendix C.

  • Dependent Care Salary Reduction Plan The Employer agrees to maintain the current dependent care salary reduction plan that allows eligible employees, covered by this Agreement, the option to participate in a dependent care reimbursement program for work-related dependent care expenses on a pretax basis as permitted by federal tax law or regulation.

  • Public Benefit It is Xxxxxx Xxxxx’ understanding that the commitments it has agreed to herein, and actions to be taken by Xxxxxx Xxxxx under this Settlement Agreement, would confer a significant benefit to the general public, as set forth in Code of Civil Procedure § 1021.5 and Cal. Admin. Code tit. 11, § 3201. As such, it is the intent of Xxxxxx Xxxxx that to the extent any other private party initiates an action alleging a violation of Proposition 65 with respect to Xxxxxx Xxxxx failure to provide a warning concerning exposure to DEHP prior to use of the Products it has manufactured, distributed, sold, or offered for sale in California, or will manufacture, distribute, sell, or offer for sale in California, such private party action would not confer a significant benefit on the general public as to those Products addressed in this Settlement Agreement, provided that Xxxxxx Xxxxx is in material compliance with this Settlement Agreement.

  • Salary Reduction A reduction in pay from one step to another, which is not below the minimum rate established for the position by the salary plan. The employee must be interviewed by the department head or designated representative and served with a written notice of reduction. The reduction in pay of any regular employee requires the approval of the City Manager. A copy of the notice of reduction shall be sent immediately to the City Manager Department for inclusion in the employee's official personnel file.
