REGISTRATION RULES. 5.2.1 Each Local Union shall establish and maintain a separate appropriate registration facility for qualified applicants available for employment as P.I.P.E. / N.I.T.C. and/or UA National Certified Journeymen, Plumbers, Pipefitters, Welders and Qualified Apprentices. Applicants shall be registered on the appropriate craft out of work list; i.e., either Plumber or Pipefitters in the order of time and date of registration.

  • Registration Procedures In connection with the Company’s registration obligations hereunder, the Company shall:

Notwithstanding the foregoing, the ISO shall register for the “Transmission Operator” function for all NTO Transmission Facilities under ISO Operational Control identified in Appendix A-1 of this Agreement.

  • Registration Rights No Person has any right to cause the Company or any Subsidiary to effect the registration under the Securities Act of any securities of the Company or any Subsidiary.
