Regular Meal Periods will be observed at the work site or another convenient location between the beginning of the fifth hour and the beginning of the seventh hour after the assigned starting time. If the twenty (20) minute meal period is not afforded within the regular hours of assignment, the meal period will be paid for at the overtime rate.
