Regular Part-Time Employees. (a) Regular part-time employees may register for casual work under this clause except that Article 29.1(a), (b), (c) and (d) (Casual Employees) shall not apply. Where the regular schedule of a part-time employee registered under this section conflicts with a casual assignment, the part-time employee shall be deemed to be unable to work except that where the assignment is longer than four days, the employee shall be relieved of his/her regular schedule at the option of the employee. All time worked shall be credited to the employee for the purpose of seniority and benefit accumulation. (b) Article 29.5 (Regular Part-Time Employees) shall not apply to Community Health Worker positions.
