Release Time for Committee Meetings. Employee members of the Committee shall receive paid release time for scheduled work hours spent in Committee meetings up to a maximum of one (1) hour. Release time for attendance at Committee meetings shall not be considered time worked for purposes of entitlement to; or calculation of overtime or premium pay.

  • Committee Meetings Subject to Article 19.3(1) and unless the directors otherwise provide in the resolution appointing the committee or in any subsequent resolution, with respect to a committee appointed under Articles 19.1 or 19.2:
