Release Time Process a. To obtain permission to investigate a grievance on on-duty time, the shop xxxxxxx shall advise the supervisor of the grievant of their investigation of the facts and the general nature of the grievance. The shop xxxxxxx is permitted to discuss the problem with all employees immediately concerned and, if appropriate, to attempt to achieve settlement with the supervisory personnel involved. Agencies, wards, clients, detainees and outside interested parties will not be contacted by shop stewards as part of the grievance process. The employee may be represented by a shop xxxxxxx at such time as a grievance is reduced to writing. If, in the judgment of the supervisor, because of the necessity of maintaining adequate level of services, permission cannot be granted immediately to the shop xxxxxxx in order to present or investigate a grievance during on-duty time, such permission shall be granted by the supervisor no later than the next working day from the day the shop xxxxxxx was denied permission. Stewards/employees who participate in the meet and confer process and/or participate on a labor-management committee, must report such time to their supervisor as payroll code MCL for meet and confer and payroll code LMC for participation on a labor management committee.

  • Complaints Process The School shall establish and adhere to a process for resolving public complaints which shall include an opportunity for complainants to be heard. The final administrative appeal shall be heard by the School's Governing Board, except where the complaint pertains to a possible violation of any law or term under this Contract. The complaints process shall be readily accessible from the School’s website, as described in Section 11.4.1.

  • Claims Process (1) In order to seek payment from the Settlement Amount, a Class Member must submit a completed Claim Form to the Administrator, in accordance with the provisions of the Plan of Allocation, on or before the Claims Bar Deadline and any Class Member who fails to do so shall not share in any distribution made in accordance with the Plan of Allocation unless the relevant court orders otherwise as provided in section 18.4.

  • Approval Process Tenant shall notify Landlord whether it approves of the submitted working drawings within three business days after Landlord’s submission thereof. If Tenant disapproves of such working drawings, then Tenant shall notify Landlord thereof specifying in reasonable detail the reasons for such disapproval, in which case Landlord shall, within five business days after such notice, revise such working drawings in accordance with Tenant’s objections and submit the revised working drawings to Tenant for its review and approval. Tenant shall notify Landlord in writing whether it approves of the resubmitted working drawings within one business day after its receipt thereof. This process shall be repeated until the working drawings have been finally approved by Landlord and Tenant. If Tenant fails to notify Landlord that it disapproves of the initial working drawings within three business days (or, in the case of resubmitted working drawings, within one business day) after the submission thereof, then Tenant shall be deemed to have approved the working drawings in question. Any delay caused by Tenant’s unreasonable withholding of its consent or delay in giving its written approval as to such working drawings shall constitute a Tenant Delay Day (defined below). If the working drawings are not fully approved (or deemed approved) by both Landlord and Tenant by the 15th business day after the delivery of the initial draft thereof to Tenant, then each day after such time period that such working drawings are not fully approved (or deemed approved) by both Landlord and Tenant shall constitute a Tenant Delay Day.

  • Interview Process Interviews will take place over a period of ninety (90) days. The interviews both of bargaining unit employees and of managers will be conducted jointly by Union/Industry members of the Technical Committee (or designates).

  • Grievance Process In the event of any dispute arising in connection with any part of this clause, such a dispute shall be processed in accordance with the dispute settling provisions of this Agreement.

  • Acceptance Process All deliverables must be received and accepted in writing by Department’s Grant Manager before payment. The Grantee shall work diligently to correct all deficiencies in the deliverable that remain outstanding, within a reasonable time at Grantee’s expense. If Department’s Grant Manager does not accept the deliverables within 30 days of receipt, they will be deemed rejected.

  • Amendment Process Requests to amend the Demonstration must be submitted to CMS for approval no later than 120 days prior to the planned date of implementation of the change and may not be implemented until approved. Amendment requests must include, but are not limited to, the following:
