Removal of Persons. The Contract Administrator may by notice in writing instruct the Contractor to remove any person from the Site or the Contractor's Activities who in the reasonable opinion of the Contract Administrator is guilty of misconduct or is incompetent or negligent. The Contractor must ensure that this person is not again involved in the Contractor's Activities.

The Contractor's Representative may by notice in writing direct the Subcontractor to remove any person from the Site and the Subcontractor's Activities who in the reasonable opinion of the Contractor's Representative is guilty of misconduct or is incompetent, negligent or is otherwise not a fit and proper person to be engaged in connection with the Subcontractor's Activities. The Subcontractor must ensure that this person is not again involved in the Subcontractor's Activities.

The Consultant must: meet monthly (or at such other times as the Contractor's Representative may require) with the Contractor's Representative and any other persons whom the Contractor's Representative nominates; discuss the report it has prepared under clause 4.7 and such other matters as the Contractor's Representative may from time to time require; promptly and fully respond to any questions which the Contractor's Representative asks in relation to any report; and if it requires instructions from the Contractor, make all necessary recommendations with respect to the instructions required. The Contractor's Representative must: before each meeting: prepare an agenda for the meeting; and issue an agenda for the meeting; and after each meeting: prepare minutes of the meeting; and issue minutes of the meeting.

SBBC reserves the right, through its representatives, to eject any objectionable person or persons from SBBC property including, without limitation, the Leased Facilities, and in the event of the exercise of this authority by SBBC through its representatives, agents or through law enforcement personnel, ELC hereby waives any right and all claims for damages against SBBC or any of its representatives or agents.

Removal of Persons from the Site
Removal of Persons. Landlord reserves the right to exclude and expel from the Building any person who, in the judgment of Landlord, is intoxicated or under the influence of any intoxicating beverage or drug or who in any manner violates any of these rules and regulations or creates, in the judgment of Landlord, a disturbance in the Building.
Removal of Persons. The Acting Market Manager has the authority, with cause, to request any vendor or other persons to leave the market operating area and, if necessary, to call the police for assistance.
Removal of Persons. Hydro’s Representative may, by written notice to the Contractor’s Representative, object to any person engaged by the Contractor or any Subcontractor for the performance of the Work who, as determined by Xxxxx’s Representative in its sole discretion, has engaged in misconduct, is incompetent, does not have adequate working knowledge of the safety rules and procedures applicable to the Work Site or otherwise fails to satisfy the applicable access requirements for the Site. Upon receipt of any such notice, the Contractor will, subject to Laws, immediately cause such person to be removed from the Work Site and the Project and promptly replaced by a person(s) with suitable qualifications and experience, at no cost or expense to BC Hydro. Notwithstanding any other provision in this Section 6.10, the Contractor and the Subcontractors will retain all authority and control over their respective employees, agents and Subcontractors.
