Remuneration Benefits. In consideration of the services to be rendered hereunder, Executive shall be entitled to the following remuneration:
Remuneration Benefits. The Employee's remuneration and benefits shall be as follows, namely: Salary - $4166.67 dollars per month. The Employee understands and agrees that this salary is "global", the attendance time is not recorded and there will be no payments on behalf overtime (even if the Employee, as a result of his sense of responsibility, decides to work overtime hours). The Company's management may decide, from time to time, at its sole discretion, to grant the Employee bonuses and/or salary increases, or other kinds of compensation, accordingly.
Remuneration Benefits. Salary The Employee's annual gross salary will be of CHF 265'000.-. It will be directly paid by the Company in 13 equal installments - 12 monthly payments plus one additional payment in December; for services of less than a complete calendar year the thirteenth payment will be made on a pro rata basis. Your next salary review will occur at the next normal cycle as defined by the Company, which generally occurs in the month of October, starting October 2017. Bonus and special payments In addition to the annual base salary, the Employee shall participate in the Coty Inc. Annual Performance Plan with an annual target award of 35% of the annual gross base salary. Please refer to the APP brochure for more details. Your participation is subject to the terms of the APP. Long Term Incentive Plan You will be eligible to participate in the Coty Inc. Equity & Long Term Incentive Plan ("EL TIP"). More details will be made available to recipients of EL TIP. All Equity grants are subject to discretionary review and approval of Caty's Board of Directors and annual performance, and are contingent upon the acceptance of the NonCompetition Agreement. Sign-on Bonus Coty will pay you, in the first 90 days of your employment, a sign on Bonus of the equivalent in CHF of USD 115'000.- gross with a claw-back of 2 years in full, which means that if you resign in the first 2 years of your starting date, you will have to reimburse the total amount. This payment is conditional to you providing documentary evidences of your amount L TIP entitlement. Company Car You will be provided with the use of a company car or car allowance in accordance with the Company policies.

Remuneration Benefits. 3.1. The Employer shall pay the MDW a monthly basic salary of S$ with a rest day compensation in-lieu of S$ /day.
3.2. The salary shall be paid on the day of every month.
3.3. The Salary shall be paid not later than 7 days after the monthly date of salary payment.
3.4. The MDW shall acknowledge the amount received under her signature in the attached of Salary & Placement Fee Schedule. Where applicable, the MDW shall make repayment of her placement fee through monthly payments deducted from her salary in accordance with the Schedule.
3.5. The salary will be paid by * cash/ crediting into the MDW’s bank account (delete where applicable).
Remuneration Benefits. 6.1 The Company shall pay to the Employee during the continuance of his employment a salary at the rate of (pound)44,000 per annum or such higher rate as the Company shall from time to time decide. In the event of any such increase of salary being notified by the Company to the Employee such increase shall thereafter have effect as if it were specifically provided for as a term of this Agreement. The said salary shall unless otherwise agreed in writing include any sums receivable as Director's fees or other remuneration from the Company or any Group Company and shall accrue daily and be payable by equal monthly instalments in arrears on the last day of each calendar month.
6.2 The Employee shall continue as a member of such appropriate schemes for life assurance, permanent health insurance, medical expenses and personal accident maintained by the Company upon and subject to the rules and provisions of any such scheme.
6.3 The Company shall pay to the approved pension scheme of the Employee an amount equal to 20% of the Employee's annual salary as specified in sub-clause 6.1 above or such higher figure as may from time be determined by the Company and notified to the Employee in writing. The contributions shall be paid in 12 equal monthly parts in arrears at the end of each calendar month.
Remuneration Benefits. You agree to work without financial reward. As a volunteer you will receive a complimentary full conference registration (excluding the Saturday Luncheon).
