Replacement Custodians. 32.01 The term replacement custodian when used in this agreement refers to personnel employed by the board on a temporary basis for the replacement of a custodian absent as a result of sick leave, vacation, LTD, WSIB and other authorized paid leaves of absence or the replacement of a custodian involved in a special project, and/or in cases of emergency where permanent seniority employees are unavailable to attend to such emergency.

  • Sub-processor For the purposes of this Agreement, the term “Sub-processor” (sometimes referred to as the “Subcontractor”) means a party other than LEA or Provider, who Provider uses for data collection, analytics, storage, or other service to operate and/or improve its software, and who has access to PII.
