Reporting Late for Duty. When members report for work later than the scheduled starting time, they shall be placed on leave without pay for the period of their absence and their finishing time will not be extended to make up for the lost time. Periods of less than one-half (1/2) hour shall be deducted in half hour (1/2) increments.
