REPRESENTATION AND COMMUNICATION WITH EMPLOYEES. An authorised Union representative is entitled to enter at all reasonable times upon the premises, provided the representative does not interfere unreasonably with the Employer’s business, for the following purposes: • Inductions of new employees or casual workers • Involvement under the disputes procedure of this Agreement; and • Distributing written information to Union delegates or employees. These purposes are separate from right of entry under the Act to investigate suspected contraventions or to hold discussions.

The authorised Union representative will be entitled to enter the Company’s facility via the main entry with available access to the employee meal room area, during meal breaks unless there are pre-arranged agreed meetings outside of site meal breaks times. The authorised union representative agrees to provide reasonable notice to the Company prior to attending the site and having regard to operational and customer requirements, provided the representative does not interfere with the Employer’s business including adherence to all site entry policies, procedures, and entry requirements, for the following purposes:

(iii) Distributing written information to Union delegates or employees.
(b) However, nothing in this clause provides an authorised Union representative with a right to enter premises for a purpose which is within Part 3-4 of the Fair Work Act 2009.
REPRESENTATION AND COMMUNICATION WITH EMPLOYEES. 35.1. The Employer recognises the Union delegate who is elected by the Employees as the onsite representatives of the Unions (Union Delegate).
35.2. The Union Delegate will be given adequate paid time to meet with new Employees for the purposes of introducing and explaining this Agreement and Union matters.
35.3. Appropriate facilities will be provided to Union Delegate to carry out duties in support of Employees.
REPRESENTATION AND COMMUNICATION WITH EMPLOYEES. 37.3.1 An authorised Union representative is entitled to enter the premises at reasonable times for the following purposes:
(a) involvement under the disputes procedure of this Agreement;
(b) distributing written information to Union delegates or employees; and
(c) if requested by an employee, induction of that employee. Provided that adequate notice has been provided to, and agreement is reached with, operations management. These purposes are separate from right of entry under the Fair Work Act to investigate suspected contraventions or to hold discussions.
37.3.2 For the purposes of this clause the Union commits to:
(a) Provide at least 24 hours notice where possible of its invention to visit the site for the above purposes.
(b) Acknowledge that the business needs to run effectively and will not unreasonably affect the operations of the business in its requests or disrupt or interfere with the Employer s business or operation when on site; and
(c) Recognise and comply with all health, safety, EEO and security protocols when visiting the site.
37.3.3 All Union Delegates will be notified by email as soon as the Employer becomes aware that a new employee(s) will be attending the site for an induction. After finding out which delegates are on site, the Employer will contact, via telephone, and speak to at least one
(1) delegate to confirm attendance at the induction. At least one (1) delegate will be afforded the necessary time to attend the induction session to explain and introduce this Agreement. To facilitate this process delegates will also be supplied with written information about each new employee which will include their name, workplace location and shift.
37.3.4 Subject to prior approval of the Employer, additional on-site meetings may be held to consider and discuss matters relating to this Agreement. If the delegate is required to attend such a meeting outside their normal shift hours, they will be paid a minimum of two (2) hours ordinary time (this is not overtime, nor does it count towards ordinary hours worked). A request for such meetings will not be unreasonably refused by the Employer.
REPRESENTATION AND COMMUNICATION WITH EMPLOYEES. A duly accredited Union Representative shall have the right to enter the Company's establishment in accordance with the Fair Work Act 2009 and for the purposes described in the Fair Work Act 2009 and those in this subclause, on the following conditions:
(a) That they notify the Company upon arrival on the site.
(b) That they do not unduly interfere with the operations of the site.
(c) That they comply with the Company's on site induction procedures. An authorised Union representative is entitled to enter at all reasonable times upon the premises, provided the representative does not interfere unreasonably with the Company's business, for the following purposes:
(i) Inductions of new employees or casual workers;
(ii) Involvement under the disputes procedure of this Agreement; and
(iii) Distributing written information to Union delegates or employees. However, nothing in this clause provides an authorised Union representative with a right to enter premises for a purpose which is within Part 3-4 of the Fair Work Act 2009.
REPRESENTATION AND COMMUNICATION WITH EMPLOYEES. An authorised UWU representative is entitled to enter Saputo’s premises at all reasonable times, with reasonable notice being provided to the Site Manager (or other relevant person with equivalent authority), provided the representative does not interfere unreasonably with the Employer’s business, for the following purposes: • Inductions of new Employees or Casual workers; • Involvement under the disputes procedure of this Agreement; and • Distributing written information to Union delegates or Employees. These purposes are separate from right of entry under the Act to investigate suspected contraventions or to hold discussions.
