The Contractor shall keep current and maintain Drawings and Specifications in good order with postings and markings to record actual conditions of Work and show and reference all changes made during construction. The Provider shall keep current and maintain documents in good order with postings and markings to record actual conditions of Work and show and reference all changes made during installation. The Provider shall provide Owner access to these documents and deliver a complete two digital set of these documents to the owner prior to final payment for the Work. The Provider shall provide training to Owner’s personnel on the operation of the systems installed and record the training in MP4 format and provide the Owner two copies of all training videos.
