Reservation Guidelines. 1. A minimum of two (2) hours will be charged for all rentals. There are no half-hour rentals. Renters cannot arrive, decorate, drop off food etc. before their rental time starts. 2. Renters must have an authorized representative and must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to rent a facility. 3. There shall be no fundraising activities, door charges, or sale of any article for private gain. 4. No cooking is allowed on site. Table coverings are required if food or beverages are served. 5. Designated parking is available on the premises. Parking and driving vehicles on the grass, trails, or service roads is prohibited. 6. Rental of any potion of a City facility includes only that space designated in the User agreement and does not include exclusive use of the restrooms, parking lot, or any other area of the facilities. Other events may be taking place within the facility at the same time as your reservation. 7. The renter is responsible for all setup and clean up related to the reservation. All setup and clean up must take place within your reservation time. 8. Damage or alterations to the appearance of any portion of the facility or surrounding area will result in a damage fee. An inspection will be conducted after each rental. Renter is responsible for any damages to the facility and will be billed for the cost or replacement or repair of any damaged item. 9. The following items are prohibited: • The use of offensive or inappropriate language. • Excessively loud noise. • Possession or use of drugs, firearms, knives or any other weapon. • Animals, except service dogs. • Smoking.

Reservation Guidelines. TWT specializes in crafting bespoke holidays tailored to your unique requirements. A legally binding agreement is established between us under the following circumstances: - We collect a deposit equal to 20% of the total quoted price, or - We receive the entire holiday payment if the reservation is made less than 6 weeks before your departure date. No agreement will be in place between the parties until the necessary funds have been received. We require full payment for your holiday to be made 6 weeks before the departure date. If full payment is not received by this deadline, we reserve the right to cancel your holiday and apply the cancellation fees mentioned in section 6. Cancellation will occur without any penalty to us, and we will have no further obligations towards you. However, if you have already shared your credit or debit card information with us for payment or other purposes, and you do not explicitly notify us in writing to the contrary before the due date of any outstanding balance, you agree that we may use such credit or debit card details to collect payment of any balance owed by you under this agreement. All bank-related charges must be handled by the client or agent, which includes transaction fees charged by our bank. The amount shown on the invoice must be accurately reflected in our account; if bank charges are deducted, we will need to invoice you accordingly.

Reservation Guidelines. 10.1 Given the unprecedented global impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on inter alia the leisure and travel industry, Cape Grace has prepared the COVID-19 Reservation Guidelines to regulate bookings (including cancellations and “no- shows”) directly impacted by COVID-19 either in the guest’s country of origin or at the location of the hotel.

  • Compliance Policies and Procedures To assist the Fund in complying with Rule 38a-1 of the 1940 Act, BBH&Co. represents that it has adopted written policies and procedures reasonably designed to prevent violation of the federal securities laws in fulfilling its obligations under the Agreement and that it has in place a compliance program to monitor its compliance with those policies and procedures. BBH&Co will upon request provide the Fund with information about our compliance program as mutually agreed.
