RESIDENT POLICIES. I understand that the hospital has established policies through the GME Committee, residency programs, human resources department, and administration which affect residents. These policies concern supervision, patient handoffs, work environment and duty hours, sexual and other harassment, moonlighting, vacation, leave of absence, recruitment and appointment, evaluation and promotion, substance abuse, impairment, residency closure/reduction, accommodations for disabilities (ADA Policy) and others. I understand that copies of the GME Committee policies and residency program specific policies will be given to me at incoming resident orientation, and I will acknowledge receipt of the policies at that time. I understand that all human resources and administration policies are kept in the residency program office and are available for my review. I understand that all policies may be changed at any time and I agree to be bound by these changed policies.

I understand that all human resources and administration policies are kept in the residency program office and are available for my review. I understand that all policies may be changed at any time and I agree to be bound by these changed policies.
RESIDENT POLICIES. Resident has the responsibilities set forth in Exhibit C of this Agreement and shall abide by the policies and procedures of Clearview as they now exist and as they may later be amended (attached as Exhibit D). Resident acknowledges and agrees that Clearview may amend any policies and procedures from time to time in its sole discretion.
RESIDENT POLICIES. (I) Resident shall no decorate or alter the apartment, patio or balcony area, change or add door locks, have a waterbed or sublet the apartment, without written permission of the management (2) Resident further agrees to comply with city or state statutes and ordinances which are applicable to the premises. (3) Resident shall show due consideration for neighbors and not interfere with other residents quiet enjoyment, and Management will be the sole judge of acceptable conduct. (4) Resident has inspected the premises and finds them to be in clean, rentable, undamaged condition except which may be noted on move in inventory sheet. Resident agrees to exercise reasonable care in the use of the premises and maintain and redeliver the same in a clean, safe and undamaged condition. (5) Resident is responsible for the conduct of all occupants, family and guests.

  • Investment Policies The Borrower is in compliance in all material respects with the Investment Policies.

  • Compliance Policies and Procedures To assist the Fund in complying with Rule 38a-1 of the 1940 Act, BBH&Co. represents that it has adopted written policies and procedures reasonably designed to prevent violation of the federal securities laws in fulfilling its obligations under the Agreement and that it has in place a compliance program to monitor its compliance with those policies and procedures. BBH&Co will upon request provide the Fund with information about our compliance program as mutually agreed.

  • Certain Policies Prior to the Effective Date, each of the Company and its Subsidiaries shall, consistent with GAAP, the rules and regulations of the SEC and applicable banking laws and regulations, modify or change its loan, OREO, accrual, reserve, tax, litigation and real estate valuation policies and practices (including loan classifications and levels of reserves) so as to be applied on a basis that is consistent with that of Parent; provided, however, that no such modifications or changes need be made prior to the satisfaction of the conditions set forth in Sections 7.01(a) and 7.01(b); and further provided that in any event, no accrual or reserve made by the Company or any of its Subsidiaries pursuant to this Section 6.15 shall constitute or be deemed to be a breach, violation of or failure to satisfy any representation, warranty, covenant, agreement, condition or other provision of this Agreement or otherwise be considered in determining whether any such breach, violation or failure to satisfy shall have occurred. The recording of any such adjustments shall not be deemed to imply any misstatement of previously furnished financial statements or information and shall not be construed as concurrence of the Company or its management with any such adjustments.

  • Personnel Policies The School shall adopt, update, and adhere to personnel policies. These policies must be made readily accessible from the School’s website or school office, as described in Section 11.4.1. If the policy is not available from the School’s website, the School shall submit the current policy to the Commission.

  • Credit Policy Subject to Section 6.01(h), the Borrower will not consent to Regional Management’s amendment, modification, restatement or replacement, in whole or in part, of the Credit Policy, which change could adversely affect the interests or the remedies of the Secured Parties under the Basic Documents, without the prior written consent of the Administrative Agent (acting at the direction of the Required Lenders) (and the Required Lenders shall use commercially reasonable efforts to respond to such consent request within five Business Days of their receipt thereof).
