Health and Safety Risks. I understand that the facilities, including the laboratories may contain hazardous substances and equipment. I will take every precaution necessary to protect my health and safety, and the health and safety of others. I will acquaint myself with and conduct my activities in accordance with all applicable University safety regulations, policies, procedures. I recognize that by being in a laboratory I may be subjected to potential risks, illnesses, and injuries. I understand these risks and assume them knowingly and willingly.

Health and Safety Risks. I understand that Harvard laboratories may contain hazardous substances and equipment. I will take every precaution necessary to protect my health and safety, and the health and safety of others. I will acquaint myself with and conduct my activities in accordance with all safety rules and safe operational procedures. If I am not familiar with or I do not know how to handle safely a substance or piece of equipment, I will seek assistance from qualified Harvard personnel. I recognize that I may be subjected to potential risks, illnesses and injuries. I have made my own investigation of these risks, understand these risks and assume them knowingly and willingly.

I agree to abide by all JHHS policies such as HIPAA, infection control, safety, ethics, harassment, discrimination, misconduct while in JHHS facilities. I agree that I will not use any personal devices or equipment to store or share or otherwise capture Xxxxx Xxxxxxx research data.
Health and Safety Risks. If you become aware of anything during your stay that you believe is a health or safety risk, you agree that you will inform WRP immediately. You further agree that WRP and its Third Party suppliers will have access to the Accommodation at all times during your stay to address any such issues.
Health and Safety Risks. In addition to the obligations and warranties set out in clause 3 above, the Customer acknowledges and agrees that: a) the Cleaner is entitled to undertake a job safety analysis before the commencement of any work to assess the health and safety risk at the Premises; b) the Cleaner may, either before or during the provision of the Service not provide or cease the provision of the Service where carrying out the Service presents, in the absolute discretion of the Cleaner, a risk to health and safety. c) moisture on your furniture and carpets can present a slip hazard on nearby hard surface areas, we ask that the Customer avoid any areas that we are cleaning, and will advise any other guests, residents or contractors of this hazard until the carpets are dry. d) the Customer must agree to keep children or dependents away from any equipment or hot water being used as a part of the cleaning process. e) the Customer must ensure that the environment that the Customer is inviting the Cleaner to work in, is a safe environment free from electrical or structural hazard. f) Cleaning solutions should be considered poisonous, and are not for human consumption.

Any windows that require cleaning between the height of 2m and 5m, the Cleaner can use the extension pole. Any above the height of 5m may require special equipment which can be provided at Customer’s expense. 2. II. The Cleaner may, either before or during the provision of the Service not use or cease using any materials or cleaning equipment provided by the Customer if the Cleaner thinks, in their absolute discretion, that the use of such materials or cleaning equipment poses a risk to health and safety. 3. III. The Cleaner may, either before or during the provision of the Service not provide or cease the provision of the Service where carrying out the Service presents, in the absolute discretion of the Cleaner, a risk to health and safety. 4. IV. Abuse or assault, verbal or physical, on our staff will not be tolerated and legal action will be taken against any Customer or 3rd party who is in breach of this.

The CONCESSIONAIRE must allow for a systematic assessment and handling; all dangerous tasks must be associated with the potential hazards that might occur during the project work. The CONCESSIONAIRE should identify and mitigate existing and all potential hazards. A complete risk assessment including all possible events and steps must be completed. All tasks must be categorized into risk categories – Low, Medium, and High. CONCESSIONAIRE must mitigate high risk into an implementation of alternate method Low or Medium risk if in case possible. CONCESSIONAIRE must identify all hazards and formulate an action plan on dealing with them. A sample Task Risk Assessment Template is given in below Table.
