Responsibility for Inspection. The contractor shall be responsible for the performance of all inspection requirements specified herein. Except as otherwise specified elsewhere in the contract and with Government concurrence, the contractor may use his own or any other facilities that are suitable for the performance of the inspection requirements specified herein. The Government reserves the right to audit, perform, witness, or verify any of the inspections set forth herein. The contractor shall be responsible for correcting any deficiencies found during required testing in all affected contractor products at no additional cost to the Government.

Responsibility for Inspection. Unless otherwise specified in the contract or purchase order, the supplier shall be responsible for the performance of all inspection and test requirements necessary to ensure compliance with the requirements of the contract and the applicable detailed specifications. This action does not preclude subsequent inspections and testing by the State of Louisiana to further determine conformance with the specification requirements of the quality of workmanship, material and construction techniques.

Responsibility for Inspection. Imagenetix shall maintain and follow all Good Manufacturing Practices (G.M.P.) procedures to ensure all materials and Products are inspected and tested prior to shipment at a level compliant to, or exceeding the requirements of Enrich's specifications. In addition, Imagenetix agrees to maintain a system of Statistical Quality Control (or like processes) sufficient to certify these aforementioned requirements. All data, retention samples, and documentation pertinent to this function shall be maintained by Imagenetix and shall be free and available to Enrich or Enrich's representative for review upon request.

Responsibility for Inspection. Unless otherwise specified in the Purchase Order, the Subcontractor is responsible for the performance of all inspection requirements specified herein. The Subcontractor may use his own or any other facility suitable for the performance of the inspection requirements, unless disapproved by FPII. FPII reserves the right to perform or witness any of the inspections or tests identified in the Purchase Order, Statement of Work or specification.
Responsibility for Inspection. If applicable laws or regulations of any public body having jurisdiction require any Work (or part thereof) specifically to be inspected, tested or approved by an employee or other representative of such public body, Contractor shall assume full responsibility for arranging and obtaining such inspections, tests or approvals, and furnish City with the required certificates of inspection, or approval. City will pay the cost of initial testing and Contractor shall pay all costs in connection with any follow-up or additional testing. Contractor shall also be responsible for arranging and obtaining and shall pay all costs in connection with any inspections, tests or approvals required for the acceptance of materials or equipment to be incorporated in the Work, or of materials, mix designs, or equipment submitted for approval prior to Contractor’s purchase thereof for incorporation in the Work.
Responsibility for Inspection. The contractor shall provide and maintain a written inspection system which will assure that all supplies and services submitted to the Government for acceptance conform to contract requirements whether manufactured or processed by the contractor, or procured from subcontractors or vendors. The contractor shall perform or have performed the inspections and tests required to substantiate product conformance to drawings, specifications, and contract requirements and shall also perform or have performed all inspections and tests otherwise required by the contract. The contractor's inspection system shall be documented and shall be available for review by the Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division - Philadelphia Site, Naval Business Center, Bldg. 4, 0000 X. Xxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxxxxxxx, XX 00000-0000, Attn. Code 418, via the DCMA, fifteen (15) days after award of contract and throughout the life of the contract. The contractor shall notify the Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division - Philadelphia Site in writing of any change to the inspection system. The inspection system shall be subject to disapproval if changes thereto would result in nonconforming product.
