If an Employee works: W.5.1 All employees shall have a minimum of three (3) hours but not more than four (4) hours per day – one paid fifteen (15) minute paid rest periodperiod during each one-half (1/2) of the work day to be scheduled at the middle of such one-half (1/2) work day whenever this is feasible. All employees shall be granted an unpaid lunch period each work day. Whenever possible, the lunch period shall be scheduled at the middle of each work day. The lunch period shall not be more than one (1) hour in length.
