REST AND LUNCH PERIODS. Employees on the twelve (12) hour shift schedule will be permitted two (2) rest periods not to exceed fifteen (15) minutes and one (1) lunch period not to exceed thirty (30) minutes on each shift at times scheduled by the Company. All other employees will be permitted one (1) rest period not to exceed fifteen (15) minutes, and one (1) lunch period not to exceed twenty (20) minutes on each shift at times sched- uled by the Company.
