Rest/Tea breaks. An Employee will be entitled to a paid ten minute tea break for each 4 hours of duty or part thereof at a time suitable to the Employer which will be counted as time worked.

  • Tea Breaks (a) Every employee will be entitled to a paid 10 minute tea break in each four hours worked at a time to be agreed between the employee and employer.

  • Lunch Breaks The lunch break will consist of a one-half hour (or one hour where scheduled) unpaid break taken mid-way during regular work day. In the event that an employee is required to work during his regular lunch period he shall be allowed a one-half hour lunch period between the hours of ll:30 a.m. and l:00 p.m., otherwise he shall be paid double time for working through said lunch period.

  • Rest Breaks Employees shall receive a fifteen (15) minute break during each four (4) hours worked. It is the Employer's intention to provide uninterrupted rest breaks.

  • Rest Break 6.4.10(a) An employee working overtime must be allowed a rest break of 20 minutes without deduction of pay after each four hours of overtime worked if the employee is to continue work after the rest break.

  • Coffee Breaks The Company will provide two (2) fifteen (15) minute coffee breaks during each work day, one in the morning and one in the afternoon.

  • Data Breaches A. Upon the discovery by the Contractor of a confirmed breach of security that results in the unauthorized release, disclosure, or acquisition of student data, the Contractor shall provide initial notice to the Board as soon as reasonably possible, after such discovery (“Initial Notice”). The Initial Notice shall be delivered to the Board by electronic mail to Superintendent Xxxxxxx X. Xxxx, xxxxx@xxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx or to the contact currently on file and shall include the following information, to the extent known at the time of notification:

  • Data Breach In the event of an unauthorized release, disclosure or acquisition of Student Data that compromises the security, confidentiality or integrity of the Student Data maintained by the Provider the Provider shall provide notification to LEA within seventy-two (72) hours of confirmation of the incident, unless notification within this time limit would disrupt investigation of the incident by law enforcement.
