Common use of Return from Unprotected Leave Clause in Contracts

Return from Unprotected Leave. If the nurse is on an unprotected leave, and their position has been filled by another nurse, the nurse may bid on any open position suitable to his/her qualifications and interests or, if agreed to between the nurse and the Agency, may be granted a per diem position in the nurse’s previously held shift and unit.

Return from Unprotected Leave. If the nurse is on an unprotected 7 leave, and their position has been filled by another nurse, the nurse may bid on any 8 open position suitable to his/her qualifications and interests or, if agreed to between the 9 nurse and the AgencyMedical Center, may be granted a per diem position in the nurse’s 10 previously held shift and unit.
