Returning Equipment. Customer is encouraged to package the Equipment in the packaging material provided by Xxxxxxx with the replacement product to protect it from damage. Customer is responsible for the damage caused to the Equipment if returned Equipment is not sufficiently packaged to protect the Equipment from damage while in transit. All other services provided by this Agreement will be suspended until payment is received by Xxxxxxx for damaged Equipment.
Returning Equipment. The Contractor understands that they must return all equipment at the termination of their Contract. Equipment must be returned in good shape with normal wear and tear.
Returning Equipment. The school district is responsible to comply with a requirement to remove confidential information from the hard drives of each computer. Please do not remove the hard drives from the computers to accomplish this task. Each computer must be returned complete. It is permissible to swap defective parts between computers to make them work but the defective parts must be put back into the non- working computer before they are returned to the WNYRIC. • Please do not enclose surplus equipment in any type of box (with the exception of keyboards and mice). Putting the equipment in boxes hinders the process followed to surplus this equipment, which includes inspection of each piece. • On the day of surplus pick up please have all surplus assembled as close as possible to your loading dock or delivery location.
Returning Equipment. Customer shall return the Rental to the specified location. Failure to do so may result in additional surcharges.
Returning Equipment. Upon termination of the Agreement, the County shall return the Equipment to the State. DFPC will deliver and pick up the Equipment unless DFPC specifically requests that delivery and return of the equipment be performed by the County. If this Agreement is terminated by the State pursuant to this §5(C), the State shall not be obligated to refund the Annual Fee or any portion thereof.
Returning Equipment. Upon termination of this agreement, Customer agrees to return all in-home hardware and/or devices to Elevate in an acceptable condition. If Customer fails to do so, Xxxxxxxx agrees to pay an unreturned equipment fee equal to the approximate cost of the hardware.
Returning Equipment. Any equipment provided to the participant for use at the alternate worksite(s) should be returned to the Agency generally within five business days from the end of the participant's participation in the Program, unless exigent circumstances exist. Any equipment that was deployed to the participant and is not needed to perform official duties should be returned as soon as the participant deems the equipment as unnecessary. A participant returning equipment must notify the Telework Coordinator to facilitate the return. The USPTO may require return or exchange of USPTO provided equipment. Except for remote telework participants enrolled in the TEAP, participants may be required to report to the USPTO office to receive equipment or to repair or exchange equipment. See TEAP telework policy, Appendix B.
Returning Equipment. In the event we advise you that we agree an Event has occurred, you or your executor must immediately return the Equipment to FlexiGroup (New Zealand) Limited
Returning Equipment. 17.1 Upon termination of this Schedule 3, for any reason, you must return the FetchTV Equipment and the TransACT Equipment, following any reasonable directions we give you about the return of the equipment. Failure to return the FetchTV Equipment and/or the TransACT Equipment will incur an applicable Equipment Non Return Fee(s).
Returning Equipment. All Equipment must be returned by 11:00am on the Return Date, set forth in Section 2 of this Agreement. Renter shall return Equipment to the agreed upon location, or Owner’s business location at Generators Plus. Weekend rentals of Equipment are due back the following Monday, or the next business day, by 11:00am. Any late returns are subject to a late return fee, detailed in Section 3(d), unless due to reasonably unforeseeable factors, and an alternative is previously discussed and agreed upon by Owner.
