REVIEW OF REMUNERATION. After one year from the effective date of this agreement, a review will be made of the basic fee and may be subject to an increase at the discretion of the Company.
REVIEW OF REMUNERATION. After four months from the effective date of this agreement, a review will be made of the basic fee and reviewed at the end of each subsequent year.
REVIEW OF REMUNERATION. The remuneration of the Chief Executive shall be reviewed regularly at intervals of not more than 12 months with the first review to take effect from [review date]. Any such review shall take account of the Chief Executive’s performance as assessed in accordance with Clause 7.0 of this Agreement or otherwise.
REVIEW OF REMUNERATION. 3.3.1. The Remuneration may be adjusted by mutual agreement between the Parties at the time of renewal of this Agreement in accordance with Clause 5.2.
REVIEW OF REMUNERATION. The Medical Officer's Total Remuneration Framework will be reviewed as part of the annual performance review cycle or more often if deemed necessary by the Service. The review may not result in an increase in the Medical Officer's remuneration where the Medical Officer's performance has been documented as unsatisfactory during the performance review period in accordance with sub-clause 21(4). REVIEW OF REMUNERATION. 3.1 The Company agrees that, while the Executive's employment continues under the Principal Agreement, for each Remuneration Period it must, at least 28 days prior to the expiration of such Period, review the level of Total Remuneration, and the components of that remuneration, to which the Executive shall be entitled in the following Remuneration Period.
REVIEW OF REMUNERATION. The Board of Directors, with Mx. Xxxx abstaining will conduct a review of the Executive’s remuneration and at its discretion institute cash remuneration in addition to the share issuance.
