Right to Review File. Upon reasonable notice, an employee may inspect the contents of his/her personnel file. The Judiciary has the right to have such inspection take place in the presence of an appropriate official.
Right to Review File. The bargaining unit member shall, upon request, be given the opportunity to review the contents of his/her file.

Right to Review File. The Special Police Officer shall, upon request, be given the opportunity to review the contents of his/her file.

Upon request, the Employee may have a representative of the Association present during such review. The Superintendent and/or his designee shall be present when a file is being reviewed.
