RIGHTS RESERVED TO LESSOR. Lessor shall have the following rights exercisable without notice, unless otherwise herein provided, and without liability to Lessor for damage or injury to property, person or business (all claims for damage being hereby released), and without effecting an eviction or disturbance of Lessee's use or possession or giving rise to any claim for setoffs, or abatement of rent:
A. Lessor shall have the right to relocate the leased premises to another part of the Office Complex in which the leased premises are located in accordance with the following:
(i) The new premises shall be substantially the same in size, dimensions, configuration, decor and nature as the leased premises described in this lease and shall be placed in that condition by Lessor at its cost.
(ii) The physical relocation of the premises shall be accomplished by Lessor at its cost.
(iii) Lessor shall give Lessee at least thirty (30) days notice of Lessor's intention to relocate the leased premises.
(iv) The physical relocation of the leased premises shall take place during evenings, weekends, or otherwise so as to incur the least inconvenience to Lessee.
(v) All reasonable costs incurred by Losses as a result of the relocation shall be paid by Lessor.
(vi) If the relocated premises are smaller than the leased premises as they existed before the relocation, rent shall be reduced to a sum computed by multiplying the rent specified in Paragraphs 5 and 6 hereof by a fraction, the numerator of which shall be the total number of net rentable square feet in the relocated premises, and the denominator of which shall be the total number of net rentable square feet in the leased premises before relocation.
(vii) The parties immediately shall execute an amendment to this lease stating the relocation of the leased premises and the reduction of rent, if any.
(viii) Should Lessee refuse to permit Lessor to relocate Lessee to such new premises at the end of the said thirty (30) day period, such refusal shall constitute a default by Lessee pursuant to paragraph 23A (iii) of this lease.
B. To change the name or street address of the Building in which the leased premises are located.
C. To install and maintain signs on the exterior and interior of the Building in which the leased premises are located.
D. To designate all sources furnishing sign painting and lettering, ice, mineral or drinking water, beverages, foods, towels, vending machines or toilet supplies used or consumed on the leased premises.

RIGHTS RESERVED TO LESSOR. 13.1 Lessor reserves the following rights:
(a) To have pass keys to Leased Premises and no locks shall be changed without the prior written consent of Lessor;
(b) To enter the Leased premises for the purpose of making inspections or repairs, alterations or improvements connected with any portion of Leased premises during reasonable hours, and at any time in the event of an emergency;
(c) To show Leased premises to prospective lessees or brokers during the last six months of the Term of this Lease (and if vacated during such period, to prepare Leased Premises for reoccupancy) and to prospective purchasers at all reasonable times, provided prior notice is given to Lessee in each case;
(d) To designate and/or approve, prior to installation, all types of window shades, blinds, drapes, awnings, window ventilators, and other similar equipment, and to control all internal lighting that may be visable from the exterior of Building.
RIGHTS RESERVED TO LESSOR. Lessor shall have the following rights:
(a) Entrance. To inspect the Leased Premises at all reasonable times, and to show them after Sub-Lessee gives notice of intended vacation or within ninety (90) days of the expiration of the Sub-Lease Term, and to enter the Leased Premises at any reasonable time to make such repairs, additions or alterations as it may deem necessary for the safety, improvement or preservation thereof or of the Office Building.

RIGHTS RESERVED TO LESSOR. Lessor reserves as applicable the following rights, exercisable without notice, except as provided in this Agreement, and without liability to Lessee for damage or injury to property, person, or business and without affecting an eviction or disturbance of Lessee’s use or giving rise to any claim for setoff or abatement of consideration or affecting any of Lessee’s obligations under this Agreement:
1) Upon thirty (30) days prior notice to change the name or street address of the Premises;
2) To install and maintain signs on the exterior and interior of the Premises;
3) To designate and approve applicable window coverings to present a uniform exterior appearance;
4) To retain at all times and to use in appropriate instances, pass keys to all door
5) To approve the weight, size, or location of heavy equipment, or articles within the Premises;
6) To change the arrangement and location of all applicable entrances of passageways, doors and doorways, corridors, elevators, stairs, toilets, and public parts of the Premises;
7) To regulate access to all applicable telephone, electrical, and other utility closets in the Premises and to require use of designated contractors for any work involving access to the Premises;
8) To adopt and modify from time to time applicable building rules and procedures for the security or safety of the Premises, its occupants, entry and use, or its contents, and Lessee, its agents, students, employees, contractors, guests, and invitees, are required to comply with the Lessor’s reasonable requirements; &
9) To enter the Premises at any time upon reasonable notice, or, in an emergency, without notice, to inspect the same or to show the Premises to insurers, to make repairs, alterations, improvements, or additions, or for any purpose whatsoever related to the safety, protection, preservation or improvement of the Premises, or Lessor interests in the Premises. In exercising its rights under this article, Lessor shall make commercially reasonable efforts to avoid unreasonably interfering with Xxxxxx’s use of the Premises.
RIGHTS RESERVED TO LESSOR. All rights not specifically granted to Lessee by this Lease are reserved to Lessor.
RIGHTS RESERVED TO LESSOR. The Lease is hereby amended by deleting Paragraph 11 of the Lease in its entirety and replacing it with the following:
RIGHTS RESERVED TO LESSOR. Rights not specifically granted to Lessee by this Lease are expressly and independently reserved to Lessor. In addition to Lessor’s rights under Article 21, Lessor expressly reserves the right to prevent any use of the Premises which would interfere with or adversely affect the operation or maintenance of the Airport, or otherwise constitute a hazard.
RIGHTS RESERVED TO LESSOR. Without limiting any other rights reserved or available to Lessor under this Lease, at law or in equity, Lessor, on behalf of itself and its agents, reserves the following rights to be exercised at Lessor's election:
(a) To change the street address of the Premises;
(b) To show the Premises to prospective purchasers, mortgagees, or other persons having a legitimate interest in viewing the same, and, at any time within one (1) year prior to the expiration of Lease term, to persons wishing to rent the Premises;
(c) To place and maintain "For Rent" signs on the Property and on the exterior of the Building of which the Premises are a part;
(d) During the last ninety (90) days of the Lease term, if during or prior to that time, Lessee vacates the Premises to decorate, remodel, repair, alter, or otherwise prepare the Premises for new occupancy, and;
(e) Lessor may enter upon the Premises for any and all of said purposes and may exercise any and all of the foregoing rights hereby reserved without being deemed guilty of any eviction or disturbance of Lessee's use or possession of the Premises, and without being liable in any manner to Lessee.
RIGHTS RESERVED TO LESSOR. LESSOR reserves the following rights:
A. To enter the PREMISES at all reasonable times for the making of inspections, repairs, alterations, improvements or additions of or to the PREMISES or the building, as LESSOR may deem necessary or desirable; for any purpose whatsoever related to the safety, protection, preservation or improvement of the PREMISES or of the building or of LESSOR’S interest; to enforce and carry out the provisions of this Lease Agreement and for the further purpose of showing the leased PREMISES to prospective tenants, purchasers, representatives of lending institutions and prospective tenants for other space in a building owned or contracted by the LESSOR.
B. For the purpose of exhibiting said PREMISES and putting the usual “For Rent” or “For Sale” notices, which notices shall not be removed, obliterated or hidden by LESSEE.
X. XXXXXX reserves the right upon a thirty (30) day written notice to terminate this lease under any circumstances and for any reason.
