Roadway Lighting Maintenance. The Contractor shall be required to maintain the roadway lighting along Fort Bend Parkway, Fort Bend Westpark Tollway and Grand Parkway Toll Road. There is currently minimal lighting along Grand Parkway Toll Road. Under current construction of the seven (7) tolling locations along the Grand Parkway, additional under bridge lighting and lighting on the ramps will be added that will fall under the roadway lighting maintenance requirements of this section. Construction is expected to be complete by November of 2013 with a one year warranty period. The Contractor will be responsible for maintenance of the roadway lighting system including replacing lamps/bulbs, repair or replace light fixtures, repair or replace poles and concrete foundations, repair or replace electrical service and photocell controls, and troubleshooting of the roadway lighting system. Any work required under this task that is not listed on Schedule A or B of the Pricing Forms in Exhibit D, shall be reimbursed through the Force Account Work line item in Schedule B of the Pricing Forms and described under task 5.2.8 of Section 5Scope of Work of this RFP. The Contractor shall furnish the necessary manpower and equipment to perform installation, repairs, replacement and troubleshooting of the roadway lighting system. All materials furnished by the Contractor shall be new, UL‐listed, meet NEMA, NEC, AASHTO and TxDOT standards. While executing the service request, the Contractor shall ensure that proper health and safety measures are performed and enforced at all times for the traveling public and all personnel involved in addressing the request for service. Roadside equipment maintenance services shall be performed in a manner that ensures minimal interference to the traveling public and complies with guidelines established in the TxMUTCD; including highly visible vehicular warning lights and appropriate traffic control measures. Routine requests by the Authority for repair, replacement, or installation of roadway lighting shall commence and be completed in accordance with Priority 3 of Section 4.4Service Response Prioritization, unless otherwise directed. Any maintenance activity that will require a road closure must be coordinated in advance with the Authority prior to any work commencing.   • Building Maintenance The host facility provider shall maintain (in a state of good repair) all buildings used for the educational program. All damages made by the AGENCY’s program will be the responsibility of the AGENCY to repair.

  • System Maintenance The Trust understands that USBFS will perform periodic maintenance to the System(s), which may cause temporary service interruptions. To the extent possible, USBFS shall notify the Trust of all planned outages and will perform any necessary maintenance during non-business hours.

  • Road Maintenance Purchaser shall maintain roads, commensurate with Purchaser’s use, in accor- dance with Road Maintenance Requirements in C5.31 and the Road Maintenance Specifications. Performance of road maintenance work by Purchaser may be required prior to, during, or after each period of use. The timing of work accomplishment shall be based on Purchaser’s Op- erating Schedule under B6.31. When two or more commercial users are simultane- ously using the same road where Forest Service is not requiring maintenance deposits, the commercial users will develop maintenance responsibilities and arrangements for accomplishing the work. Forest Service must agree to this plan. If the commercial users cannot agree on main- tenance responsibilities, Forest Service shall resolve the differences. If Purchaser elects to use different roads than those listed in C5.31, Forest Service shall determine Pur- chaser’s commensurate share of road maintenance and revise road maintenance deposits in C5.32. If Forest Service cannot perform its full commensu- rate share of road maintenance, Forest Service shall make a cash payment to Purchaser for performance of such work. Unless agreed in writing, prehaul maintenance shall be completed on any portion of road prior to hauling on that portion. Maintenance, as used in this contract, does not include road reconstruction or repairs of an extraordi- nary nature.

  • Routine Maintenance (i) CRC shall be responsible for Routine Maintenance when necessary or desirable to maintain the Shared Assets in a safe operating condition, and to permit and facilitate (A) the performance by CRC of its obligations pursuant to this Agreement, and (B) the use of Shared Assets by the Operators in accordance with this Agreement.

  • Installation and Maintenance Except for the bi‐directional and production metering equipment owned by the City, all equipment on Customer’s side of the delivery point, including the required disconnect device, shall be provided and maintained in satisfactory operating condition by Customer and shall remain the property and responsibility of the Customer. The City will bear no responsibility for the installation or maintenance of Customer’s equipment or for any damage to property as a result of any failure or malfunction thereof.   • MAINTENANCE OF THE BUILDING /APARTMENT / PROJECT The Promoter shall be responsible to provide and maintain essential services in the Project till the taking over of the maintenance of the project by the Association upon the issuance of the completion certificate of the Project.
