Room and Board Rates. Room and board rates are published prior to the beginning of fall semester and are available from the University Financial Services Office as well as from Student Life. Room and board charges are assessed by the semester or summer term and are due as billed by the University Financial Services Office. Students who contract for University housing for less than a full semester will be assessed room and board charges according to the following schedule: 1. The minimum charge for students who take possession of (receive keys) University housing is 20% of semester or summer term charges. 2. Students who maintain possession of a University residence will be assessed charges on a prorated scale that aligns with the course withdrawal schedule and policy.

Room and Board Rates. All summer applicants pay a $50 application fee. Meals, internet access and certain International House events are included in the Room and Board Rates listed above. Please be sure your name is on all payments. There will be a $25.00 charge for all returned checks. Should your account become delinquent, a $30.00 charge plus a $10.00 per day fee will be imposed and action can be taken to cancel your status as a resident and/or withhold meal/internet service. If meal service is withheld, there is no refund for meals missed due to sanctions. To prevent such sanctions, it is advised that you contact the Accounting Office prior to the deadline. Lost items and/or linen service must be paid at the time expense occurs. International House is not responsible for slow or lost mail.
Room and Board Rates. CU Boulder will assess students who are assigned to live in the residence halls 2021-2022 Room and Board Rates each semester. 2021-2022 Room and Board Rates are posted on the Rates and Contract page of University Housing’s website. Students who receive an assignment are assessed the full Room and Board Rate regardless of the date they check into or out of Student Housing. If Student submits an application for Student Housing after the move-in timeframe, it will not assess Student for any days that predated the assignment.

  • ROOM AND BOARD The following conditions will apply for employees whose regular residence* is more than 97 radius kilometers from the project:

  • School Board Review The School Board reserves the right to review any decision issued under Level I or Level II of this procedure provided the School Board or its representative notifies the parties of its intention to review within ten (10) days after the decision has been rendered. In the event the School Board reviews a grievance under this section, the School Board reserves the right to reverse or modify such decision.

  • Franchise Tax Board Review (a) In addition to the reporting requirements in section 6, Taxpayer agrees to comply with the FTB’s review of the books and records for purposes of determining if Taxpayer has complied with the requirements of this Agreement. (b) For any business other than a Small Business, Taxpayer acknowledges that the FTB shall review the books and records of all taxpayers allocated a Credit pursuant to this Agreement to ensure compliance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement and agrees to cooperate with the FTB in such a review. In the case of a taxpayer that is a Small Business, Taxpayer acknowledges that a review of the books and records of a taxpayer shall be made when, in the sole discretion of the FTB, a review of those books and records is appropriate and agrees to cooperate with the FTB in such a review. If the FTB exercises its discretion to review the books and records of a Small Business taxpayer, the review will be conducted to ensure compliance with this Agreement. The guidelines and procedures for these reviews are outlined in the FTB’s Notice #2014-2 dated November 7, 2014. (c) These reviews will not constitute an audit of the tax return under Part 10.2 (commencing with section 18401) of the RTC and the regulations thereunder, and will not preclude the FTB from auditing any issue in any taxable year, including a taxable year included in the term of this Agreement. (d) If during the review of the books and records, the FTB determines there is a potential material breach of this Agreement by Taxpayer, and notwithstanding RTC section 19542, the FTB shall notify GO-Biz and provide, in writing, detailed information regarding the basis for that determination.

  • Board Composition and Board Designations The Company shall ensure that: (i) the qualifications of the persons serving as members of the Board of Directors and the overall composition of the Board comply with the Sxxxxxxx-Xxxxx Act, with the Exchange Act and with the listing rules of the Exchange or any other national securities exchange, as the case may be, in the event the Company seeks to have its Public Securities listed on another exchange or quoted on an automated quotation system, and (ii) if applicable, at least one member of the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors qualifies as an “audit committee financial expert,” as such term is defined under Regulation S-K and the listing rules of the Exchange.

  • School Board Rights Section 1. Inherent Managerial Rights: The exclusive representative recognizes that the School Board is not required to meet and negotiate on matters of inherent managerial policy, which include, but are not limited to, such areas of discretion or policy as the functions and programs of the employer, its overall budget, utilization of technology, the organizational structure and selection and direction and number of personnel.

  • SALARY SACRIFICE ARRANGEMENTS 34.1 Employees covered by this Agreement will have access to salary sacrifice arrangements in addition to the compulsory arrangement detailed above. The requirements of any such arrangements shall ensure that: (a) Accessing a salary sacrifice arrangement is a voluntary decision to be made by the individual Employee. (b) An Employee wishing to enter into a salary sacrifice arrangement will be required to notify their Employer in writing of the intention to do so and have sought expert advice in relation to entering into such an arrangement. (c) The Employer shall meet the cost of implementing the administrative and payroll arrangements necessary for the introduction of salary sacrifice to the Employees under the Agreement. (d) The co-contribution of superannuation payments referred to herein shall be made by way of salary sacrifice arrangements.

  • Change in Board Composition During any period of two consecutive years, individuals who constitute the Company’s Board of Directors at the beginning of the two-year period cease for any reason to constitute at least a majority of the Company’s Board of Directors; provided, however, that for purposes of this clause (iii), each director who is first elected by the board (or first nominated by the board for election by the stockholders) by a vote of at least two-thirds (2/3) of the directors who were directors at the beginning of the two-year period shall be deemed to have also been a director at the beginning of such period; or

  • Board Committees The Director hereby agrees to sit in the relevant committees of the Board and to perform all of the duties, services and responsibilities necessary thereunder.

  • Compensation Committee (A) The Compensation Committee shall be composed of not more than five (5) members who shall be selected by the Board of Directors from its own members who are not officers of the Company and who shall hold office during the pleasure of the Board. (B) The Compensation Committee shall in general advise upon all matters of policy concerning the Company brought to its attention by the management and from time to time review the management of the Company, major organizational matters, including salaries and employee benefits and specifically shall administer the Executive Incentive Compensation Plan. (C) Meetings of the Compensation Committee may be called at any time by the Chairman of the Compensation Committee, the Chairman of the Board of Directors, or the President of the Company.

  • Overhead Rates The Engineer shall use the provisional overhead rate indicated in Attachment E. If a periodic escalation of the provisional overhead rate is specified in Attachment E, the effective date of the revised provisional overhead rate must be included. For lump sum contracts, the overhead rate remains unchanged for the entire contract period.
