Room Assignments, Room Changes & Consolidation. 5(a). The University shall assign Licensee to a specific room and bed space, and Licensee may occupy only that assigned room and bed space during the term of this License. 5(b). Provided Licensee has submitted a timely application, application fee, executed contract, initial payment, and any additional documents required by the established due dates, Licensee will be invited to participate in an online room selection process whereby Licensee may indicate Licensee’s preferred building and room assignment. Student Housing will make reasonable efforts to accommodate Licensee’s room request. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the University does not guarantee specific living units or roommates and reserves the right to assign Licensee to any bed space based on administrative need and availability.

Room Assignments, Room Changes & Consolidation. The authorized capacity is based on bed space; the Licensee has licensed a bed space only, and authorized occupancy is one person (1) only. Licensee will have the opportunity to choose a preferred building, room, and occupancy type depending on space availability as of the date of submission of the initial payment and completion of the online contract through the Room Selection Process. Student Housing will make efforts to assign Licensees to the requested area or community and occupancy type based on preference and qualifications required to meet established criteria of any community, yet reserves the right to assign any Licensee to any space based on administrative need, regardless of Licensee qualifications. Student Housing cannot guarantee any roommate matching requests. Licensees who request a space in a community that is initially full may be automatically placed in an alternate location until the requested space becomes available. Licensee will be automatically placed on a waiting list for the requested space. Prior to assignment letter notification, as spaces open, individuals on the waiting list will be re-assigned. After assignment letters have been sent, a Licensee whose name has been placed on a waiting list will be contacted via email before being reassigned to another space. Inability by Student Housing to honor assignment preferences will not void or cancel this License Agreement. Every Licensee is assigned to a specific room and bed space, and must occupy only the assigned room and bed space during the term of this License. The University may assigned new residents to student housing facilities at any time during the academic year; therefore, unassigned rooms and bed spaces must remain vacant and available for immediate occupancy by new residents as these may become occupied without prior notice. As a courtesy, Student Housing will endeavor to notify roommates of an incoming resident, but in some cases, advanced notice may not be possible and will not be required. Licensees who occupy or utilize a space not officially assigned to them will be charged liquidated damages in the amount of a $100.00 fee per day and any additional fees associated with cleaning bed spaces and/or common area spaces. Student Housing understands that roommate conflicts may develop and/or that a Licensee may wish to move to a different apartment, suite, or room.   • ROOM CONSOLIDATION Residence assignments shall be consolidated when vacancies occur in any residence facility, to minimize the number of rooms, suites, and/or apartments not at full occupancy. The Student may be required to change residence assignment and move to facilitate room consolidation. Residents in rooms/apartments/suites not at full capacity may be charged additional rent as determined by UCF DHRL.

  • Amendments - Changes/Extra Work The Subrecipient shall make no changes to this Contract without the County’s written consent. In the event that there are new or unforeseen requirements, the County has the discretion with the Subrecipient’s concurrence, to make changes at any time without changing the scope or price of the Contract.‌ If County-initiated changes or changes in laws or government regulations affect price, the Subrecipient’s ability to deliver services, or the project schedule, the Subrecipient will give County written notice no later ten (10) days from the date the law or regulation went into effect or the date the change was proposed and Subrecipient was notified of the change.   • MERGER AND CONSOLIDATION The Company will not consolidate with or merge with or into, or convey, transfer or lease all or substantially all its assets to, any Person, unless:
