ROOM BOOKING. It should be noted that a room booking is for the room only between the times stated and paid for. It does not include the use of other rooms e.g., as waiting room unless these are paid for as an addition.

ROOM BOOKING. Lounges/Common Rooms: Must be booked with the Director, Assistant Director, or Residence Life Coordinators. Bookings must be completed 24 hours before any gathering, party, or social event of 20 or more people.
ROOM BOOKING. Standard All bookable spaces including meeting rooms, conference rooms, community lettings, event spaces, shall be booked and managed by a room booking system to optimise as far as is practicable the use of space. The Service shall include the facility to accept electronic bookings and confirmations. The system shall ensure no double bookings. The system shall have the capability to provide a holistic range of ancillary Services such as hospitality, room set-up and Audio Visual support. Provide reporting on trends on meeting room utilisation and lettings usage and any income shall be managed through the system hospitality, room set-up and audio visual (AV) support.
ROOM BOOKING. The Employer shall permit the Union to use College facilities, at no charge, through the normal booking procedures. CONSULTATION EQUIPMENT The Employer shall consult with employees regarding the purchasing and rental of equipment for their work station. COLLEGE CLOSURES No employee shall suffer any loss of wages as a result of the Employer declaring a temporary closure for reasons other than economic. This guarantee is limited to five (5) days in any calendar year.

  • Bookings By making a booking the Guest offers to conclude an Accommodation Contract. In the case of appropriate availability of the booked room the Guest receives from Motel One a booking confirmation. Upon acceptance of the booking made by the Guest an Accommodation Contract is created between Motel One and the Guest. Motel One’s offers in relation to available rooms are non-binding and subject to change. Motel One can at its own discretion refuse the conclusion of an Accommodation Contact. There is no right to receive overnight accommodation in a particular room. Motel One retains the right to impose restrictions standard within the industry, such as minimum stays, booking guarantees or deposit payments for certain dates.

  • Telephone Monitoring/Recording From time to time we may monitor and/or record telephone calls between you and us to assure the quality of our customer service or as required by applicable law.

  • Directory Listings 15.1.1 CBT, as publisher of its White Pages, will include Primary Listings of CLEC’s resale directory customers in its White Pages, and shall cause its publisher to include primary listings of CLEC’s directory customers in its Publisher’s Yellow Pages Directories under the following terms and conditions:

  • HOT LIST PRICING At any time during this Contract, Supplier may offer a specific selection of Equipment, Products, or Services at discounts greater than those listed in the Contract. When Supplier determines it will offer Hot List Pricing, it must be submitted electronically to Sourcewell in a line-item format. Equipment, Products, or Services may be added or removed from the Hot List at any time through a Sourcewell Price and Product Change Form as defined in Article 4 below. Hot List program and pricing may also be used to discount and liquidate close-out and discontinued Equipment and Products as long as those close-out and discontinued items are clearly identified as such.   • Room The Manager grants the Resident occupancy of single space within a shared Resident unit in the Residence owned by the Institution known as: “Saint Xxxx University Residence” (the “Residence”) for the duration of the Term.   • Landings After landings have served Purchaser’s purpose, Purchaser shall ditch and slope them to permit water to drain or spread. Unless agreed otherwise, cut and fill banks around landings shall be sloped to remove overhangs and otherwise minimize ero- sion.

  • Directories BellSouth or its agent shall make available White Pages directories to <<customer_name>> subscribers at no charge or as specified in a separate BAPCO agreement.
