ROOM BOOKING. It should be noted that a room booking is for the room only between the times stated and paid for. It does not include the use of other rooms e.g., as waiting room unless these are paid for as an addition.

ROOM BOOKING. Lounges/Common Rooms: Must be booked with the Director, Assistant Director, or Residence Life Coordinators. Bookings must be completed 24 hours before any gathering, party, or social event of 20 or more people.
ROOM BOOKING. Standard All bookable spaces including meeting rooms, conference rooms, community lettings, event spaces, shall be booked and managed by a room booking system to optimise as far as is practicable the use of space. The Service shall include the facility to accept electronic bookings and confirmations. The system shall ensure no double bookings. The system shall have the capability to provide a holistic range of ancillary Services such as hospitality, room set-up and Audio Visual support. Provide reporting on trends on meeting room utilisation and lettings usage and any income shall be managed through the system hospitality, room set-up and audio visual (AV) support.
ROOM BOOKING. The Employer shall permit the Union to use College facilities, at no charge, through the normal booking procedures. CONSULTATION EQUIPMENT The Employer shall consult with employees regarding the purchasing and rental of equipment for their work station. COLLEGE CLOSURES No employee shall suffer any loss of wages as a result of the Employer declaring a temporary closure for reasons other than economic. This guarantee is limited to five (5) days in any calendar year.
