Rules and Procedures Manual. The Employer shall provide each employee with access to an electronic copy of the Manual of Rules and Procedures. New employees shall be provided with the above at the time of their appointment. The President of the Guild shall receive an official copy of the Rules and Procedures Manual (and any revisions made thereto) in electronic format.

Rules and Procedures Manual. The employer shall maintain the Sheriff’s Office Policy and Procedure Manual and all written directives electronically. The Employer shall administer all such rules fairly.
