Rules of Building. Tenant shall comply with, and use its reasonable efforts to cause all Tenant Parties to comply with, the existing rules and regulations of the Building, which are set forth in Exhibit C hereto, and such reasonable changes therein as Landlord at any time or times may hereafter make, and communicate in writing to Tenant, for the safety, protection, care and cleanliness of the Leased Premises, the Building and the Property, the operation thereof, the preservation of good order therein and the comfort of the tenants of the Building and their agents, employees and invitees, consistent with Comparable Buildings, which reasonable changes shall be binding upon Tenant upon Tenant’s receipt of notice thereof (such existing rules and regulations, as the same may be changed consistent herewith, being herein called the “Building Rules”). In the event of a conflict between the provisions of this Lease and the Building Rules, the provisions of this Lease shall control. In no event shall the Building Rules impose any monetary obligations upon Tenant. Landlord shall use its reasonable efforts to cause all tenants of the Building to comply with the Building Rules to the extent that failure to so comply will materially affect Tenant’s use or enjoyment of the Leased Premises. Landlord shall not enforce the Building Rules with respect to Tenant in a manner that is more restrictive than Landlord’s enforcement of the Building Rules as to any other tenants of the Building.

Rules of Building. Tenant, Tenant's agents, employees and invitees will comply fully with all building rules and regulations which are attached to this Lease and made a part of it by this referenced. Landlord may amend or change the rules and regulations as it may deem advisable to provide for the safety, protection, care and cleanliness of the building, and Landlord shall give Tenant a written copy of all such rules and amendments.
Rules of Building. Lessee and Lessee's agents, employees, invitees and visitors will comply fully with all requirements or rules of the building which are printed below and made a part hereof as though fully set forth herein. Lessor shall at all times have the right to change such rules and regulations or to amend them in any reasonable manner as may be deemed advisable by Lessor for the preservation of good order therein, all of which changes and amendments will be sent by Lessor to Lessee in writing and shall be thereafter carried out and observed by Lessee.

Except to the extent inconsistent with the terms of this Lease, and subject to Tenant’s consent, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld, Landlord may supplement or amend such rules from time to time after thirty (30) days’ written notice from Landlord to Tenant for the safety, care and cleanliness of the Premises and Building and for preservation of good order therein. Said rules or any amendments thereto shall not discriminate against Tenant, either as written or applied. In case of any conflict or inconsistency between said rules or amendments and any of the other terms and conditions of this Lease, the other terms and conditions of this Lease shall control.
Rules of Building. Lessor has heretofore delivered to Lessee, and Lessee hereby acknowledges the receipt of, a set of rules applicable to the building. Lessee and Lessee's agents, employees, and invitees, will comply fully with all rules of the building, which rules are made a part hereof as though fully set out herein. Lessor shall at all times have the right to change such rules, make new rules, or amend such rules in such reasonable manner as Lessor may deem advisable, all of which new rules, changes and amendments will be posted or forwarded to Lessee in writing and shall be carried out and observed by Lessee. Lessor and Lessee acknowledged that different tenants in the Building may negotiate changes in the Rules and Regulations applicable to them. To the extent that the same Rules and Regulations apply to Lessee and other tenants in the Building, Lessor shall attempt in good faith to apply and enforce the same uniformly.
Rules of Building. Tenant shall comply with, and Tenant shall cause its employees, contractors and agents to comply with, and shall use its best efforts to cause its visitors and invitees to comply with, (i) all laws, ordinances, orders, rules and regulations of all state, federal, municipal and other governmental or judicial agencies or bodies relating to the use, condition or occupancy of the Premises, (ii) all recorded easements, operating agreements, parking agreements, declarations, covenants and instruments encumbering the Premises, and (iii) the rules of the Building reasonably adopted and altered by Landlord from time to time for the safety, care and cleanliness of the Premises and Building and for the preservation of good order therein. The initial rules of the Building are attached hereto and incorporated herein as Exhibit F.

Rules of Building. Lessee agrees to comply with all reasonable, uniformly applied rules and regulations established by Lessor for the operation of the Office Building of which the Leased Premises are a part. A copy of any current Rules and Regulations is attached as Exhibit "B" and incorporated herein by reference.
Rules of Building. Tenant shall comply with, and Tenant shall cause all Tenant Related-Parties to comply with, the written rules and regulations of the Building promulgated and amended by Landlord from time to time for the safety, care and cleanliness of the leased Premises and Building and for preservation of good order therein. In the event of a conflict between rules promulgated by Landlord and the provisions of this Lease, the provisions of this Lease shall control. Notwithstanding any conflicting provision of the rules and regulations, Tenant may use and operate a coffee machine, refrigerator, microwave oven, cold drink dispenser and snack vending machine (but no xxxx top) in the kitchen area of the Leased Premises.
