RŮZNÉ. Entire Agreement 18.1

RŮZNÉ a) The Institution and the Investigator represent that they are not under and will ensure not to commit to any contractual and/or legal obligations preventing them, or their Study Personnel, from complying with the duties and obligations under this Agreement. b) This Agreement (including the Protocol and any Appendices hereto) represents the entire understanding between the Parties with respect to the subject matter hereof. c) No amendment to this Agreement (including its attachments) shall be effective unless such amendment is made in writing and signed by the parties hereto and refers to this Agreement. d) If any provision(s) of this Agreement shall be declared invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, such determination shall not affect the remaining provisions of this Agreement, which shall remain in full force and effect. RŮZNÉ. CRO může využít pro provádění určitých služeb podle této smlouvy jedné nebo více svých poboček. Pro účely této smlouvy pobočky znamenají jakoukoliv korporaci, firmu, společnost typu partnership nebo jakýkoliv subjekt, který vykonává kontrolu, je kontrolován nebo spadá pod společnou kontrolu. Pro účely této smlouvy znamená „kontrola“ zákonnou pravomoc řídit nebo určovat řízení takového subjektu, prostřednictvím přímého či nepřímého vlastnictví takového subjektu, smluvně či jinak 26.
