S tep I. After first attempting to resolve the grievance informally, the Association or any employee (with notice to the Association) may claim a breach of this Agreement (in writing) to the employee's immediate supervisor within fifteen (15) days from the occurrence thereof, or from the employee's knowledge thereof. The notice shall include:
S tep I. The Association on behalf of the Teacher may submit the grievance to the appropriate Family of Schools Superintendent and/or Superintendent of Human Resources Services or designate. The Family of Schools Superintendent and/or Superintendent of Human Resources Services or designate may meet with any relevant parties. The Superintendent shall give the decision by letter on the matter grieved to the Unit President within five (5) days of receipt of the written grievance.
S tep I. The parties hereto acknowledge that it is usually more desirable for a TEACHER and the TEACHER’S immediately involved supervisor to resolve problems through free and informal communications. When requested by the TEACHER, an ASSOCIATION representative may accompany the TEACHER to assist in the informal resolution of the grievance. The representative shall be allowed to take notes, however notes taken by anyone present shall be shared with all others present. If, however, the informal process fails to satisfy the TEACHER or the ASSOCIATION, the ASSOCIATION may proceed to Step II.

  • Step I 18.3.1.1 An employee may present the grievance orally either directly or through the Union representative to the immediate supervisor. The grievance must be presented within ten (10) working days following the event or events on which the grievance is based. The immediate supervisor shall make whatever investigation is necessary to obtain the facts pertaining to the grievance. Within ten (10) working days after receiving the oral grievance, the immediate supervisor shall give the employee an oral reply.

  • Step III 12.5.1 If the employee desires to appeal the grievance to Step III, the employee shall complete the appropriate appeal section of the grievance form, sign the appeal, and present the grievance to the Municipal Employee Relations Officer or designee within five (5) working days following receipt of the written decision at Step II.

  • STEP II 18.3.2.1 If the employee desires to appeal the grievance to Step II, the grievance shall be reduced to writing and presented to the Department Director or his/her designated representative, within five (5) working days following the receipt of the immediate supervisor's oral reply.

  • Qualified HSA Funding Distribution If you are eligible to contribute to a health savings account (HSA), you may be eligible to take a one-time tax-free HSA funding distribution from your IRA and directly deposit it to your HSA. The amount of the qualified HSA funding distribution may not exceed the maximum HSA contribution limit in effect for the type of high deductible health plan coverage (i.e., single or family coverage) that you have at the time of the deposit, and counts toward your HSA contribution limit for that year.   • Step IV If the grievant is not satisfied with the disposition of the grievance or if no disposition has been made within the above stated time limits, the grievant and/or the Association shall complete Grievance Report Form, Step IV, within ten (10) school days after notification of Step III disposition and submit the grievance to final and binding arbitration according to the voluntary rules and regulations of the American Arbitration Association. The Arbitrator's decision will be final and binding on all parties. The cost of arbitration shall be the responsibility of the party losing arbitration.

  • Level Two – Formal If the Grievant is dissatisfied with the disposition of the grievance at Level One – Formal, the Grievant may complete Level Two Grievance Form and submit to the Superintendent within ten (10) days of written disposition of Level One – Formal. Within ten (10) days of receipt of the Level Two Grievance Form, the Superintendent shall meet with the Grievant. The Superintendent shall execute written disposition of the grievance within ten (10) days of such meeting.

  • Single Source Selection Services for tasks in circumstances which meet the requirements of paragraph 3.10 of the Consultant Guidelines for Single Source Selection, may, with the Association's prior agreement, be procured in accordance with the provisions of paragraphs 3.9 through 3.13 of the Consultant Guidelines.

  • Distribution Upgrades The Connecting Transmission Owner shall design, procure, construct, install, and own the Distribution Upgrades described in Attachment 6 of this Agreement. If the Connecting Transmission Owner and the Interconnection Customer agree, the Interconnection Customer may construct Distribution Upgrades. The actual cost of the Distribution Upgrades, including overheads, shall be directly assigned to the Interconnection Customer. The Interconnection Customer shall be responsible for its share of all reasonable expenses, including overheads, associated with owning, operating, maintaining, repairing, and replacing the Distribution Upgrades, as set forth in Attachment 6 to this Agreement.
