SAFETY WORK BOOTS (General Maintenance Services and HQS Inspectors Only). The AUTHORITY will contribute up to a maximum of One Hundred Sixty dollars ($160.00) for OSHA-approved safety work boots, to each employee in the General Maintenance Services Unit except for the Purchasing Specialist, and also for the Housing Quality Standards Inspector. All employees required to wear boots shall wear them at all times. Except for new hires, the AUTHORITY will replace safety work boots once per calendar year during the month of August, however, boots may be replaced at any time on an as needed basis due to excessive wear. Purchase of the boots will be made through the AUTHORITY’s established Purchase Order system from a vendor of the AUTHORITY’s choice. Safety boots must be rated as slip resistant and meet American Society for Testing and Material Standards F2413-05 for impact and compression resistance and electrical hazard protection.

  • Maintenance Scheduling The NTO shall schedule maintenance of its facilities designated as NTO Transmission Facilities Under ISO Operational Control and schedule any outages (other than forced transmission outages) of said transmission system facilities in accordance with outage schedules approved by the ISO. The NTO shall comply with maintenance schedules coordinated by the ISO, pursuant to this Agreement, for NTO Transmission Facilities Under ISO Operational Control. The NTO shall be responsible for providing notification of maintenance schedules to the ISO for NTO Transmission Facilities Requiring ISO Notification. The NTO shall provide notification of maintenance schedules to affected Transmission Owners for NTO Transmission Facilities Requiring ISO Notification and Local Area Transmission Facilities pursuant to Section 3.5.3 of the ISO Services Tariff.

  • TECHNICAL SUPPORT AND MAINTENANCE If technical support and maintenance is a part of the Goods that Contractor provides under the Contract, Contractor will use commercially reasonable efforts to respond to the Department in a reasonable time when the Department makes technical support or maintenance requests regarding the Goods.

In the event the Using Agency’s Program specifies additional commissioning services, the Owner shall procure such services as well.
