Xxx Descriptions. 1. The Board shall maintain a separate job description for each position listed in Appendix A. It is understood by the parties that every incidental duty connected with the functions enumerated in the job description may not be specifically described and such shall not preclude the required performance of related duties.
a. It is understood between the parties that employees normally will be assigned duties consistent with those set forth in their job descriptions.
b. Specific duties shall not be assigned in a capricious manner.
2. Prior to implementation of any changes in a job description, the affected employee(s) shall be notified. A review of the changes shall be made with the employee(s) upon request. Any employee whose job description is changed shall be provided a copy of the new job description.
3. As new/changed job descriptions are developed, they shall be written in conjunction with the job study referenced in Article XV Section F.
4. In the event that the qualifications as set forth in the job description change to the extent that an employee is no longer qualified to continue in the position, the employee shall be provided reasonable assistance in receiving additional training and/or moving to another position.
5. An employee shall be provided a copy of his/her job description upon request.
6. The Union shall be provided copies of all current job descriptions.
Xxx Descriptions. The FREA developed an evaluation process with school administrators which includes job descriptions and performance standards, as mandated in ORS 342.850 and 342.856. Changes in the evaluation procedure will be done by mutual consent.
Xxx Descriptions. The Association recognizes that the Board retains sole discretion to officially adopt job descriptions, and the Board agrees that once adopted, such job descriptions will not be unilaterally altered without prior discussion with the Association. Job descriptions for new bargaining unit positions shall be discussed between the parties prior to such positions being posted.
1. General job descriptions including basic skill requirements have been agreed to, and are incorporated into an employee manual that will be made available to all bargaining unit employees.
Xxx Descriptions. Job descriptions shall be drawn up by the employee’s supervisor pertaining to the hours worked and job expectations. These shall be presented to the affected employees as soon as possible.
Xxx Descriptions. The District agrees to notify the Association President in writing whenever a new classified position is created. Job descriptions for newly created or reclassified positions shall be developed by the District. The District shall bargain the salary placement of the position with the Association.
Xxx Descriptions. Job descriptions will be available via an employee portal on the TCESC website. Any changes to existing bargaining unit job descriptions will be provided to the Association President along with the Board agenda for the Board meeting at which the proposed change is to be made.
Xxx Descriptions. Prior to the issuance of the supplemental contract, job descriptions for all supplemental positions shall be attached to the supplemental contract. Upon such agreement, the job description shall become a part of the supplemental contract.
Xxx Descriptions. The Association shall furnish a copy of the job description of each classification covered under the terms of this contract as they are revised. All newly hired employees shall be furnished a copy of their job description upon hiring.
Xxx Descriptions. 1. The Superintendent of Schools shall prepare job descriptions for all positions, administrative and supervisory in nature, which affect teachers. The job descriptions shall have a clear definition of the responsibilities of each administrator or supervisor as they affect the teachers. Where teachers are responsible to more than one (1) supervisor, they shall be advised by their principal of the exact division of such responsibility.
2. The job descriptions of these administrative and supervisory positions as they relate to teachers shall be made available to teachers and other members of the staff.
a. Principals shall clarify the relationship between the administrative staff, the school, and the teachers by the posting of a school organization chart showing the lines of responsibility and supervision of each teacher and administrator in the school and of each teacher and administrator coming to the school on a regularly assigned or supervisory basis.
Xxx Descriptions. The Board shall provide general job description for all classifications in the bargaining unit and maintain updated job descriptions. A joint labor-management job review committee shall be established and made up of no more than four (4) Association members and (4) four School District officials. The committee shall review job descriptions annually and provide recommendations for change by June 1 each year.
