Salary Increase Factors. A Teacher who meets this factor shall advance from 1. Evaluation – A teacher who receives an evaluation rating of Highly Effective or Effective on his/her annual performance evaluation for the previous school year satisfies the evaluation factor. the Teacher’s lettered row on the 2023-2024 salary schedule to the next lettered row on the salary schedule in Appendix A. 2. Education –A teacher who possesses an additional content area degree or content area credit hours beyond the requirements for employment. Eligible content areas mean any content area defined by the Indiana Department of Education. After any increase for evaluation, a Teacher who meets this factor shall advance from the Teacher’s column on the 2023-2024 salary schedule to the next column on the salary schedule in Appendix A.

  • Salary Increases (a) The Employer agrees to pay the negotiated salary increases to every employee not later than the second month following the month in which this Agreement is signed and not later than the month following the month in which any subsequent salary increases become effective.

  • Salary Increase 46.01 Effective July 1, 2020 an increase equal to 1% will be added to the job rates and to the salaries of all employees. Effective July 1, 2021 an increase equal to 1% will be added to the job rates and to the salaries of all employees. Effective July 1, 2022 an increase equal to 1% will be added to the job rates and to the salaries of all employees.

  • General Salary Increase 1. Effective with the start of the pay week commencing closest to September 1, 2013, employees shall be provided an across-the-board salary increase of one percent (1%). Salary schedules shall be increased accordingly.
